    SO ⬇️ understand that the same principles apply to dumbbells and barbells etc.
    Upper back: arms flared out or down about 30°
    Rear Delts: lower: about a 45° angle
    Lats: Arms/elbows tucked in at your side
    There is some carryover between each angle. For example: You’ll hit your upper back too when rowing at a 45°, but the rear delts will be more advantaged than they are when your arms are flared out

    For lats don't arch your back, lean slightly forward and don't let your elbows go past your torso. Don't let your scapula move around.

    I’m a year late but THANK you for the detailed description of elbow placement and shoulder motion through the exercise and how they differ. It might seem basic but these are the questions I have not what lift but how to do each one right. Constant shoulder injuries have made me careful and a stickler for form

      This! I was wondering why my elbows would pop when I did rows. Turns out my arms and elbows weren’t aligning with the angle of row I was doing. (Confession- I didn’t even know there were different types that required different things!) No more arm or shoulder discomfort after trying this!

    Doing these today for my back n bi. I’m almost done and my back is SHOT. this is amazing man. I’m going on 4 months into my journey I’ve cut 40 pounds so far I’m going to be using more of your content to try new stuff. At this point I’m just going through the motions I need to learn new exercises so I don’t burn out. Still heavily addicted though 😂
