For the 1st exercise (V-Bar Extension) instead of keeping the cable’s pulley low and swinging yourself around with the weight in order to get into position, you can simply raise the pulley up to about chest height and bend over with your torso parallel to the floor. It’ll accomplish the same thing. It just depends on what you prefer. I personally don’t mind swinging around with the low position. I like the feel of it, but It’s up to you 👌🏼 you can do it as long as it doesn’t limit the amount of weight you’re able to lift for your set
You have a similar body to mine, besides that, dont need the supps your pushing, you only need whole foods and perhaps a creatine thats it. you know that.
The skullcrusher, close grip press superset have been my favourite triceps exercise for years. It just squeezes that last bit of strenght out of your triceps and conplete destroys them. Love it!!

@@JC3178 man it was absolutely incredible, I know people say not go hard on the first day but I've been doing intense calisthenics for 3 months prior so I went all in and it felt goooooood! The way I felt my muscles working I've never felt that just with gymnastics rings .
I only did 2 exercises for my triceps - overhead dumbbell tricep extension - tricep bar pushdown on cable Just progressively overloading these made my triceps huge over a span of a year naturally. I don’t take whey or beef. Just natural food and eggs/ milk for protein. I have access to a farm so that helps. I used to be able to do just 12 reps of 45 pounds overhead dummbell Yesterday I did 11 reps of 85 pounds dumbbell. My triceps are notably bigger from last year and my strength in tricep has at least more than double folded easily. I could not do tricep dips without any assist and now I can do 23 in a straight go without needing any assist.

Skull crusher are the best workout for the long head of the tricep (the biggest tricep). Because it's easy to isolate the long head compare to any tricep workouts.
Just did this one today. I had a tough time with the decline Skull crushers so I just used the flat bench. Still got an amazing pump and workout. Will be doing this one again!!
i would rather do the overhead extension with one arm, and the downward extension with both. Using both to go downward doesn't negatively affect the movement curve/ROM as much (especially if you use two ropes), while using both for overhead definitely does imo
The same guys in another video says the long head isn't activated as much in the over head moment. Stick to basics brother. The hardwork will be rewarded.
No it's not,it's just food like steam that's grinded into a tasteless powder,even when you eat chicken breast you're eating protein,so no, it's not harmful,just don't over consume it
I would start off with close grip bench press first, as you will have more energy and will be able to go as heavy as you can for 6-12reps 4-5sets.. Then followed by the isolation movements..
I have a question about the overhead extension. I tried this and failed my last rep I didn’t know how to get out of it so I just let go and let the stack slam down. What should you do to get out of this when you don’t have 1 more rep left?

Try that with a torn (almost complete) rotator cuff and a torn (complete) bicep

I always get pressure and tension in my traps and neck this way, any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong ?
