How to stay healthy for longer!

- I've seen a lot of people during my career as a hip surgeon. I ask a lot of questions about how they live their lives, and because of that, I see patterns of behaviour that are associated with long-term good health. It's not exactly rocket science, but simply common sense. In this video I will talk about the simple things that you can do right now to improve your health, so that you can have a Prolonged Active Life! If you are a certain age you'll know that PAL was a brand of dog food that had to be re-branded as there was no evidence that it made your dog live longer.

I totally agree with you! But these apply to normal people mostly! For people like me who have issues moving around.... can't get socialise, can't exercise... ultimately end up having physical issues and mental stress! Can you suggest something for such helpless patients!!!
I can’t offer patient specific advice without doing a formal clinical assessment.

All those gmo, insecticides, pesticides, and herbicides, mmmm yummy gives the rabbit food flavour.
