  • The vagus nerve has been getting a lot of attention recently. It is the 'rest and digest' nerve that co-ordinates and regulates all sorts of connected functions like speech, breathing, blood pressure and digestion. Recent evidence has shown that it also has a role in modulating inflammation in the body. In this video we'll have a look at the anatomy and functions of the wandering vagus nerve, and how different therapies might harness its healing powers.

Evening Lee. Thanks as always for your support. I’d like to have put in a clip of Elvis doing ‘Ijust can’t help believin’ live in Vegas but it wouldn’t get through the copyright issue.
