I saw this guy live in hamburg, he is so friendly, talks to the audience and got a very big programm. He is definetly one of the best acoustic guitarist on this planet.
It's so good. I feel at ease. I feel better automatically and I think I can bring joy to many people! Hmm.......If something difficult happens, something good will definitely happen. Even if what you are doing right now is difficult, you can definitely do it. A very difficult trial is the best teacher. If you don't have challenges in life, you can't fail, but you can't achieve success either. Don't be afraid of failure, believe in yourself and try to the end. A friend called success will be eagerly waiting for you not far away. I hope from the bottom of my heart that your persistent efforts will ultimately bear fruit. I enjoyed watching the video you made so preciously.
what a great number, peter finger, whow!! he plays this difficult number and it looks like so easy?? gratulation for this 1A video, blue box, an whith this good sound lg leo salzburg
Awesome guitar player! Lakewood makes absolutely FABULOUS guitars. I have the M32 cut away, my favorite guitar over my Taylor 514CE and Breedlove Revival Deluxe.
@TheMasterAchim undoubtedly speed playing is not everything, but this is incredible. I personally find it to be a very appealing composition. While you can play the guitar quite well, you are not even close to being at a level of playing where you can criticize this player.
As I write this I think of other things that mke me forget the thing I meant to write. God you can play! I can't think straight. Classical music with steel strings? Jazz? What the hell are you playing? It tears my heart out but I can't explain it. Play it again!!!!
My guitar playing has improved quite a bit in the last year but what really amazes me now with guys like this is not the only technique he has but how clean he plays...Is there a secret to playing clean or is it just time, practice and starting slow?
Angelo Guarino This is a Lakewood guitar so he didn’t build it in the proper sense, he probably worked together with Lakewood guitars to devellop a signature model
@lakewoodguitars I'm moving to Italy in two days do you guys have a dealer in country? I'm looking for an acoustic with cutaway like this, any idea (average) on the cost?
@TheMasterAchim So? Since when has guitar become a competitive sport? This is the mans style, and this is his expression of beauty, he did not compose it to say he was better than any other guitarist, he is just stoked to be playing. To quote what you said earlier "Sounds like shit..." To say it strait: no one gives a shit, what a shit guitarist like yourself thinks. If you do not like a piece, hold that opinion to yourself or offer some constructive criticism.
@FTR01 I know that I am not close to his ability and skills... But I can compare his playing to others people playing like David Qualey, Werner Lämmerhirt and Tommy Emmanuel. Werner Lämmerhirt also used Fingerpicks and his playing is much cleaner...

excellent
i saw Peter with Tommy Emmanuel few days ago in Prague ... both of them are excellent musicians
just when it couldn't get any better, it did.
he's doing chords i've never even heard, greatest acoustic guitarist after robert johnson...
That is the best piece of guitar music i've heard. This and jerrys breakdown. Holy fuck.
one of the best acoustic pieces I have seen or heard since I began playing... WoW!

Man you are a monster! live life , Huh? It is classical but it excites like rock and roll did when I was young. Your playing wakes up the soul.
beautiful
playing like a god
ughh when he brings it back at 4:50 gives me pure chills
Incredibly beautiful. A great master !
Mamma mia!
Wave of energy roll over me in a constant precision of beauty. Post 4:48 is just flat out gnarly, cant even give words to describe it.

Just wonderful!
WOW! amazing guitar playing!
As I write this I think of other things that mke me forget the thing I meant to write. God you can play! I can't think straight. Classical music with steel strings? Jazz? What the hell are you playing? It tears my heart out but I can't explain it. Play it again!!!!
Absolutely fucking incredible.
Alot of people don't know that Peter is also a very accomplished luthier himself.
My guitar playing has improved quite a bit in the last year but what really amazes me now with guys like this is not the only technique he has but how clean he plays...Is there a secret to playing clean or is it just time, practice and starting slow?
Practice slow, and practice a lot.
So good~!~!
This reminds me of Pierre Bensusan. Tunes like Bamboule or Santa Monica. That's pretty high praise I'd say
i'll take it as a compliment.
thanks.
Einfach ein Genuss
This is epic like nobody's business!
Yeha !!! So beautifoul pice !!!!
amazing
Yeah I can see that.. I only saw one like this in one of Ewan Dobson's videos..
Anyway, amazing! He is the European Tommy Emmanuel!
Amazing, this guy is awesome, just found him...any CD's I should get anyone???
Hello koursioumis!
Well, that's the M-32 CP! :)
Cheers!
DANG THIS IS COOL!
wow quelle technique
also das sind natuerlich 5 Sterne.
Bist ein wahrer Grossmeister, es war
super !
anyone ever heard of Peter (thunder fingers) Locke? a flamenco guitarist of the highest caliber. as the gentleman in this video. if so please reply.
anyone notice he has some sort of stand that stands up the guitar above his knee and attaches at the top back side?
It reminds me some athmosphères of M. Bensusan.
this version is more emotional than album's version (from Flow) imho :))
@rogiermusic Thought the same thing, but forgot the title was Bamboule :D
does anyone know where i can find a video of him playin neimansland? its an animal song!!
No one can play as he does
does remind me of Bamboule by Pierre Bensusan :)
It's a Peter Finger. He build his guitars himself.
Angelo Guarino real? Wanna know that story
Angelo Guarino This is a Lakewood guitar so he didn’t build it in the proper sense, he probably worked together with Lakewood guitars to devellop a signature model
By the way, I just got this tab from an korean site. Only the note before 4:50. But it is enough
impressionante.
..mazza.
anyone know what that pickup is? I presume that this isn't unplugged. I've a D-54 and want to know what pickup might sound good with it.
Anyone know his pickup setup. I see a sunrise in that dar soundhole.
i wanna his skillzz
especially ending :)
@lakewoodguitars I'm moving to Italy in two days do you guys have a dealer in country? I'm looking for an acoustic with cutaway like this, any idea (average) on the cost?
Could anybody tell me wat model guitar support that is?
Well i reacted too fast,: actually this one seems to be a Lakewood.
@sawah222B it's a lakewood
Peter finger said he only plays his ryan guitars
Must be a lakewood
*Almost* as good as pierre bensusan :)
Hahahahahaha you'r fuking right!
whats kind of strings is he using?
guitar strings
so funky. so jazzy.
makes me wanna learn it. though i'm technically too far from this.
@Zebarbas just like robert johnson did
4:47
This man really uses his last name
hahaha
taky sem o tom přemýšlel, ale spíš do toho Německa ... polsko mám dost daleko a rakušany nemám rád (sou na mě moc zelení...)

I'm surprised he can get such a warm sound using steel finger picks. Not something most guitarist use
this is playing guitar!!!!!!!
why the hell is the video fast-forwarded?
his Oetter was b(o)etter.
haha :D
@Zebarbas :-) And i watched your videos, you seem to have no Idea about anything...
at 4:50 it's getting really sick ^^
