Oh my god my Dad was identical to Jane Fonda’s Dad and he also told me I’m fat and I had an eating disorder as a result trying to be perfect . What Jane is saying here helps me understand the feelings and all of those things things trauma and experiences of the past . Thank you Jane Fonda for saying all this aloud helps so much to identify and understand . I took ballet too . So much admiration and I am really inspired by you Jane Fonda such a strong intelligent talented and just a wonderful fantastic woman . ♥️🙏🏼✨
This is what I know: When you are eating & knowing you won't keep it down; you are stuffing all the feelings down that you can't talk about and when you are throwing up or getting rid of... you are getting rid of all those feelings you can't express. It's not gross, it's not about your weight, and there is not enough food to stuff down & get rid of, to heal your self loathing, self hatred, or your own belief that you not good enough. Loving oneself may take a lifetime to achieve, when, as a child, you were not loved for who you are. You can go thru your whole life not knowing yourself, who you are, & what you like. What makes you happy, can elude you. Once you discover that food & its release is not your issue or your solution, you can start to understand yourself & begin to heal your lost childhood. You will begin to understand, you are enough♡ "You don't have to earn your worth, you came with it." 💜🙏💐
@@lenwelch2195 She didn't pay for her high-priced education at private schools. Her father or mother's family's money paid for her education and lifestyle before she got acting jobs.
She had inherited money from her mother but she also worked as a model to pay for acting school etc. Don’t like her politics but I think, she doesn’t come across as a spoiled brat.

I'd be ecstatically happy if I had a father who didn't outwardly show me love but paid for my private education and high society lifestyle.
