@@itsmikelake being a single cylinder the exhaust pulses can make the boost fluctuate a bit but it should definitely maintain some good numbers. Just gotta watch for pressure in the crankcase, the rings on these can be a bit how ya going

I built a 125 and 150 turbo pitbike over 10 years ago now , done it with a carby on methanol spent alot of time modifying carbs to run blow through on methanol
The intercooler is a waste of time and you need a intake plenum of a certain volume per engine cc for a single cylinder for it to work properly
Anyone else see the spark @ 10.40 when he was starting it looked like the coil or key switch was sparking to that plate its mounted to

Get a oil cooler it would be most beneficial for your motor and they have adapter plates so you can have an external oil cooler i put one on my gokart and it really has improved on riding temps

I don't remember if this uses a centrifugal clutch, but if it does, I would recommend looking for a manual clutch conversion. That way you'll be able to slip the clutch to get it into the sweet spot quicker, like when riding a small capacity two stroke MX bike.
I know you can kinda do it with a centrifugal clutch by slightly lifting or pressing the gear leaver, (misspent youth on a postie bike!😅), but it's not as good, and can lead to accidental gear shifting, while usually under full load.
I would also revise the tank by cutting in half lengthwise so it has a top and bottom, then add some flat plate in between the two halves.
In order to make it fit better, you could make the bottom narrower than the top, so it has an upside triangular shape, but with a flat tip, (there's a name for that shape, but I forget what it's called...a rombus?🤔)
It would still look sweet, and would allow for more fun between refills.
But that's just me!😂
You should take some thin copper piping and rap it around the cooling fins, then have it be water cooled and air cooled!
I recommend you, use ESR Motor ECU from Malaysia 🇲🇾 🔥

You might have to get a different spark plug depending on your boost application because It look like it was the factory spark plug. Love the videos

Thats a journal bearing turbo it needs oil pressure to clerance the turbo and act as bearing so your oil driping into it does nothing

if you feel like it the ring gap should be increased. but if you dont for theese engines it tbh doesnt matter. they are built like old volvos for whatever reason

So the lack of plenum is visibly noticable look at the coupler on the tb. You can see it go up and down. You need a plenum and a rather big one to get into actual boost as far as the motor is concerned. In my decade plus of testing and building you need atleast 5x engine displacement no the intercooler won't act as one and yes the waves in the intake track also think you have the longest primary length ever. Best of luck and the fun begins at 18psi. You have 18psi once the gauge says so without the needle flicker and with a proper plenum it's not too hard without one let's just say the gauge might say 20psi but youl make less power than one of my bikes at 7psi with the same motor. Reason being the valve opens and it goes to vac as the volume is much less that the cylinder. Also singles make boost up top even my compound bike might make 50psi in 5th at 6000rpm but makes 100psi in 5th at 12000rpm. Back in the single turbo days we saw the same trend maybe 10psi at 6krpm and 30psi at 10krpm

Turns out the coil ground wire had come loose 🥲. I’ve sorted it and runs better now. Still needs tuning however!

I think i would have mounted all the modules on the backrest of the seat there. Then id mount the battery somewhere in the front for weight distribution. What you did is great, it works, its functional. I just know how big of a bull in a china closet i am and id probably kick all the electronics with my size 15 boots throwing a leg over it. And at first i thought you said "my girlfriend Bailey is doing all the finish welding" hahaha! I was like WHAT A WOMAN!!! Im a dumbass.

Hey bro can you please add bracing to your chassis I made one similar and I didn’t add much bracing and the front left bar ripped off around my welds and completely lost steering. I hit a curb at around 20 miles an hour and broke my femur and shattered my elbow. I’m just looking out bro so you don’t get injured like me. I love the content bro keep it up. But please add bracing

Bro that engine revs to near 9k. I think that engine is no more than 6k now, check spark plug and time. And i think you need a bigger inyector because now is turbo and need more fuel

I'm really surprised you didn't make a small box and utilize the space you have under your seat.

Hi I'd like to no why don't you put a cluch leaver on the gear shifter and use the pedols you mad for the accalerator and brakes
When we’re drifting we like to “clutch kick” to spin the wheels. So I’d prefer the clutch to be a foot pedal 😁
