Right on bro, we keep grinding. I read something great lately - said life is like juggling balls in the air. Some of those balls are glass - drop them and they could shatter like relationships or family. However, one is made of rubber and will always bounce back. That one represents work. We have our work life and our real life.

I would tell anyone that yes, there is actually an element of luck in life. I think sometimes random things happen - good and bad. When you’re I. The right place at the right time it’s luck. Figuring out what to do with that comes in time.

Right on buddy. There are a lot of directions you can go in with real estate and its an essential market so at least I know it's not something that can downsize. Learned my lesson on that.
