I preordered this steamer and I’m glad I got my hands on it. It is amazing. I have made dirty seats look new with it.
TOTALLY!!!! Such an easy to use machine
We're u buy it from ?
@@wilsonautodetailing what cleaners are you using in this video 🙏
@@wilsonautodetailingHello, sorry to high jack your comment, but I really wanted to ask you if you've ever had a steamer do damage to a paint job?? Thanks!!
This is my third year detailing. I work full time also so not much time to do product research. Especially if you want family time.
Tonight I Google searched steam cleaners and eventually came across a like to this video. I'm glad I clicked it.
You do amazing work 👏. I'm still learning and this video made it look like I can cut some time off my details.
I look forward to more of your videos. And I'll definitely be ordering some of the items you suggest. Tired of dropping cash in trash products. Lol
Maaan...this came out a week or so after I ordered the McCullough and I wish I'd waited. You nailed it on the McCullough: it works okay, but it's cumbersome and leaky. I know where I'm going when the McCullough wears out. Already hava the Aqua Pro Vac and absolutely love it!
Killed it.! Keep up the Fantastic Work Luke.!
You really gave away your secrets for every set of the way. My hats off to you. Im just shocked that, out of 35k views you only got 812 👍. You have to edit this video to add a "Thumbs up" reminder mid way and 60 sec from the end. Ty for the links as well, smh.
Man I love all of your videos, I'm just starting up my own detailing business in VA and your knowledge and tips are the best keep them coming!! 💯💯
How's your detailing business coming? I'm wanting to start my own mobile detailing and just kinda nervous.
@@brandonfillinger3034 it's going good. I'm getting better at it with each vehicle. From the detailing part to the relationship with the customer.
That's good. Is this your first business you've owned?
@@brandonfillinger3034 my second I have a beard product line too
Btw id like to know if the steamer can be used for exterior ?
Love the review. Should plan a year review next year and see how it holds up
not just the machine but I would like to know how is the interior condition also.
350$? Man I missed out..now its $440. Just like the aqua pro Vac, I recently purchase one finally and a lot of the older videos showed it was $400 then $475, now when I got mine Feb 2022 its $550. Still totally worth it but crazy.
Wilson. I love your videos. Always thinking about others. Thank you for your honest videos. Overland Junky
Great review. I think I'll definitely be getting this.
Btw, I think Chick-fil-A would probably have an issue with you wearing those shorts while wearing that hat lol
You did a nice job...I am in the market so I will check this unit out...thanks!
For sure!!
Thanks for the content Will
No problem!
I own one and it is GREAT!!!
FO SHOOOO
Awesome video. THANKS.
Great review/video. Thanks for the info
No problem!
awesome video, one question, when you are cleaning the seats with the brush/dewalt, then you bring in the steamer, does that do a deeper clean, I just ran across this video and was amazed by the steamer....great video again.
Your videos and information are great.
Im looking for a cordless steamer. Any recommendations?
I use the AutoRight steamer. It works good but it is kind of cheaply made. It's gets the job done for my current budget but I'm hoping to upgrade soon
I just used my autoright for the first time last night and my main concern is that if you let it sit for even a little bit of time, it builds up water which you then have to release before you get steam.. would make detailing an interior inside of a garage kind of a pain.. did you experience this or maybe I did something wrong?
When are your drill brushes gonna be back in stock?
What's that green fabric cleaner? Thanks for the awesome videos!
hello Mr. Wilson - could you please also suggest the cleaner liquid suits premium car interior ...apart from steamer
I have the McCullough steamer 2875 something like that but it seams to spit steam instead of the way yours looks but the video is sped up so it looks like it’s constant steam without any spitting or spotty steam. Sometimes it will steam well but not always and I always use distilled water and it’s not clogged because it’s always done this.
Hi, but what if your customer leaves in an apartment where would you connect the steamer and don't you think is faster to buy a steamer that sucks the wanter on the seats and carpetn at the same time?
Why is this video not marked as paid promotion / sponsored content?
It fits the requirements for that perfectly.
Did you pay for the steamer yourself?
Have you received anything from the company?
You said you receive a cut of sales they make, that makes you 1000% a paid promoter of this product.
He probably makes a couple dollars per sale. Not a big deal.
Why are you mad ?
Look retry good but I’m currently using the Hoover go pet one it’s kind of small but yea I don’t use it that often.
Got it, maybe this will be the next one!
Do they hold the heat and pressure well?
My steamer that you mentioned the boiler cap is stuck I tried using pliers to loosen it but I have no luck I might buy the aqua pro steamer I have there extractor so why not get the steamer too
I need 1 of these
Is this good for extracting also?
Can i ask at what temperature and pressure u commonly use...thanks
Hey brother, do you have to let it cool down to refill it? thanks
would you still recommend this for a starter Detail business or invest in something a bit bigger like chief steamer or steamer rino
will it clean the chairs as well? Soup was spill on one of the chairs.
hey would this machine be safe for cleaning a harley around the frame and hard too get places
I would have definitely gone for this steamer if I didn’t already have the mcculloch steam cleaner
Totally get it
How do you like the mcculloch steamer?
@@jeffreyg5718 honestly I think it’s good for the price point only issue is probably that it takes about ten minutes if not more to warm up and I know that the pressure from the steam isn’t the strongest
I have the dupray neat. What do you think about that one wilson? Can you do a review on it for me? It’s the cube dupray neat steamer.
Thanks
@@wilsonautodetailing I have the dupray neat. What do you think about that one wilson? Can you do a review on it for me? It’s the cube dupray neat steamer.
Thanks
i wonder if the steamer can be used for exterior ? Whole body ?
Is it good to clean leather too?
Is there a 240volt version for Australia through your links?
How hot is the steam for you?
Mine I can hold my hand in the main stream, not very hot.
How does it match up against the vx5000? Worth saving up for the vx5000? Biggest difference?
Damn I really want to know the answer to that!!
Any other advise on a cheap steamer? The aqua is a little expensive
Where is your discount code ?
Aqua Pro needs to keep up the tradition.
All is good .... just in box me the code. 💪🏻😁👍🏻
How long did that detail take you?
question how do you power this ? generator? home electric ? see I want to be able to use this thing in the woods on my rv or something .. idk if my motor home will power it .. im a new rv owner so I d k lol .. I need a good steamer to steam the seats clean.
You're late to the show Luke.... This thing beens out for a while now. This thing is awesome for the size.
Correction.... fashionably late to the show... :D and yes it is awesome
@@wilsonautodetailing I'm glad you showcased it. No doubt it's a winner even for your common DYI'er. 👍💯👏
Awesomeness
After you steam the set do you retract the water from the sets? Or does the steamer not put a lot of water into the set and you can just wipe it down? Thanks great video.
You will usually have to pull what moisture you used out of the seats.
I’m looking for a new steamer, I’m thinking of this or the Alpha from Vapor Clean, or even possibly the Pro 6. Some pontoons have mold, and being the size they are, I’d like something to last (steam amount wise.) any recommendations?
The Pro6 Solo - 315° Single Boiler is the way to go when compared to this short hosed plastic thing.
Do you have a best vacuum vedio ?
Can you put a link on the 1000 steamer you like
All that steam and liquid does not damages the internal components on the dashboard or the rest of the car?. I never tried to clean my AC vents that are dusty because on the back of them there are sponge and filters, is this safe?, I mean, in the long run?.
Can you steam clean the entire car panels with this?
That boy detailing
Hi. What spray products do use before steaming?
Soapy wooder
What's the steam temperature?
And gentlemen that's how you sell out... 👏
Step 1... get someone to pay you more
Step 2... talk shit about a company that helped you do your job.
Step 3... point things out about the thing you use to use. Now that you're not using it any more... and the other company is paying you...
Any question
Facts
u should post more extractions
Thanks for the feedback!!
Thanks and thanks 🫂 share this got motivated to start the detail business
How does this compare to the mccouluch steamer ? Larger tank ? More steam?
how does it power? Can you power it from your car's 12V or it needs 120V outlet.
@@Beardman56 makes sense. Thanks
Do you clean the headliners? would you recommend this for the headliner?
NO DONT USE THIS ON THE HEADLINER!!!!
So would you steam instead of using an extractor like the Bissell Spot Clean Pro for all the fabric in the car? Or use both machines?
It really depends on the condition, but the steamer really helps whether it’s hammered or not! If you don’t have a heated unit/extractor, the steamer works great at breaking down stains, oil, grease, grime, etc...
In this case, he’s doing a maintenance job so it’s not SUPER BAD, which allows him to mop up any dirt on the seats!
Hope this helps 😃.
Did you burn your leg once with this machine?
Is it safe to steam leather heated seats with steam? Kid had an accident in my Mercedes 😩😭 I cleaned it with sanitizer cleaner but there is still a faint scent that needs to come out
Does it spit out a stream of water before it steams?
My question is does all that steam mess up the electronics inside a car?
How much do you charge for a detail like this
Not a bad looking option for us mobile guys
FOR sure
Que pensas del karcher sc4?
So would you recommend this for doing a semi truck interior? I'm not a professional but I do like cleaning my own truck, kind of like that self satisfaction haha but in the market for a decent steamer. Thanks
Also is this just a steamer or can it be used like a vac steamer
I still have to look into steamers. Curious if it's worth the investment to get a steamer, rather than a little elbow grease here and there with good product period I don't have to look at more videos period I get hot steam loose and stuff
It’s definitely worth it. Saves time and so therefore more money
Steaming directly to the panels and all thats electrical get messed up?
Great vid! This steamer is amazing
Thanks man! Couldn't agree more!
Where are you located? Thanks
Great video, but from what I know about commercial car steamers, you can use it to clean interior and exterior without chemicals, saving time and money. Why do you use chemicals?
The steamer boosts the cleaning power of the chemicals, plus helps to rinse them off for a clean finish
Sadly you can't get this right away... Have to wait an unknown time... Hopefully they will fix their production issues.
Iv had one exactly exactly like that I brought years ago. Apparently the brand of my steam went bust in like 2013 or something
To prove I'm not lying. Wait a few weeks and you find it creates a annoying whistle through the cap. Iv replaced the rubbers but it still does it.
Interesting, I don't know that this is really the EXACT same steamer though, I imagine these two are pretty different
@@wilsonautodetailing different brand but genuinely they look exactly the same even the pipe and the way it plugs in. The nozzle, the clip on nozzle the adjustment. I'll send you picture of it on Instagram @shaneirle when I get it out soon
@@wilsonautodetailing it's a brilliant steamer for sure. No denying that. I got mine brand new in a box and attachments still wrapped in sealed plastic bag (second hand for £60) but since the company went bust so long ago I could never find out what they actually cost brand new from the company
@@shaneirle Hey can you share where I can see your steamer that your saying looks identical please?
What is that purple cleaner you are using on the door jams??
Super clean degreaser
Yep^^^
@@gavinfeldtman1505 that's super clean, not purple power right? I often mix them up
@@bradevans8714 I'm finding out that super clean is the thing to use. Diluted in different ratios . easy. Just bought a gallon for like eight bucks at Walmart. They sell for like 17 or 18 on Amazon. Gallon should last forever? Lol
What's a affordable extractor you recommend to purchase.
Aqua pro vac
If you are looking for "affordable" equipment, then you don't need an extractor. You can just convert your vacuum into a water extractor. Just attach a nozzle that fits properly and there you go. That is how I started. Works just perfect.
There is vacmaster beast extractor which is super cheap.
@@jcrg15 this is true and I recommend buying the highest power shop vac u can
How to powered steamer?
Cool it's just too expensive for me
Can super clean be used on car fabric seats
YES
I normally dilute 5:1
Thanks man a rlly appreciate u
Bro you at chick fil a too? I do too
How long did that take?
About 2.5 hours ish
Were you using a magic eraser?
Yes he was
How muchi this steamer
What product are you spraying on the clothe seats?
This is the carpet shampoo from Renegade: bit.ly/3jlIunC
Better than chief steamer?
I haven't used the chief steamer, but I am willing the say this is the best steamer at this price point
My mcullulluch steamer took a massive shit after the 4th car I used it on. It’s meant for casual use, not professional, consistent use.
Is it possible to use a steam cleaner only without any chemicals to start a detailing business? There was a detailer on Jay Leno's Garage who claimed that's all he used.
Luke is the F|%**£king Besttttttt!😊
Is the Steam Really all that Necessary ?? Seems like your doing good without it. just saying.
DEFINITELY necessary... wouldn't go anywhere without it
Tankless steam cleaner can be used for many many hours and cost fraction of this one
Im from canada and will have to unfortunately pay $105 for shipping on top of the $450 price
How many microfiber towels do you go through per vehicle. Looking for an estimated amount of microfiber towels you should be going through per vehicle. It's crazy you definitely have to work smart. 😆
You can never have enough microfiber towels !
I usually use about 30 to 50 per vehicle only because I only use one towel for every little thing I don't like touching other things in the vehicle with a towel that touched any thing else
what chemical are you using in this video to clean the interior of the car
Listed in the description
Now the 747 knows where to land
:( $399 now on your link....
Im sticking with vx5000
Vx5000 no good, compared to continuous fill vapor clean pro6 duo
9:15 when you know he’s a keeper 😏🤫
