    Did my first car interior with steam. No chemicals. Came out great and saved time. I did have stubborn short dog hair in the cargo area and back of the seats in the Hyundai Santa Fe, though. Slowed me down. I had been using chemicals for so long and I am kicking myself for not switching to steam earlier (9 years in the business).

    the one part where you used the drill with the brush to loosen up dirt on the carpet is a very good idea, similar to a vacuum cleaner. since i have a lot of dust deeply imbedded on my seats and carpet my shop vac fails to pick

    Can the heat and humidity of the steam damage the surfaces of the instrument panel and the electrical, electronic components inside the instrument panel?

    • @paradiseautocare
      @paradiseautocare  9 месяцев назад +1

      Yes that is why you want to keep the steamer further away from the instrument panel and gauge cluster and not shoot steam directly close to the components. As long as you keep from a safe distance 6-12 inches away you should be okay, as well as moving the steamer side to side always, you never want to steam in one place for multiple seconds straight.

    Will steam cleaning not destroy your interior?

    • @paradiseautocare
      @paradiseautocare  5 месяцев назад +1

      Not at all, steam cleaning is very safe and preferred over other methods in automotive interiors, as long as the user of the steamer cleaner isn’t holding the steamer too close to any surfaces for an extended period of time there’s no other way to really damage anything

    You're not sanitizing shit with that steam. It cools down fast from the tip and you are holding it nowhere near close enough or long enough to kill anything.

    • @paradiseautocare
      @paradiseautocare  11 месяцев назад +2

      In that theory then if it cools down fast from the tip I should be able to put my hand under it and I’ll be fine right? lol 😂

      @@paradiseautocare yes absolutely. About 6 to 7 inches away and it's not very hot anymore. I know I have the chief streamer. Now mine does spit drops here and there that is hot, but the dream isn't real hot at that point.
