I have my nephew to help me out during cooking, and he does all the filming and editing. We have to get all the ingredients ready for use, then it is easier. Otherwise it could be a disaster in the kitchen looking for things when are needed. The most important thing of all, I have to practice to perfect the recipe. +Stavros Antoniou Well, I know what it's like to share a precise recipe when you are used to cooking without measuring the ingredients, using your intuition and experince only . It's actually very hard work when you have to prepare something and at the same time weigh or measure things and write the amount of everything down. And getting evrything ready and neat for the demonstration is very hard work too. I don't know if anybody ever watching such videos has ever wondered how much sacrifice of time and effort , apart from filming and editing, is required to make one video. I do appreciate all this effort and really admire your cooking skills. Thumbs up for your nephew for being such a great helper :)

I love this recipe.. Perhaps I could use anthotiro? It is mild and unsalted, neutral I would say, we use it in this kind of recipes. Your video smells of Greece and Cyprus dear friend. For this recipe Lila you can use any soft unsalted Cheese as long as you can mashed it or crumble it! I have never had anthotiro. It sounds like is already flavoured with rose water, or orange blossom water. Maybe you wont need to add as much rose water, in case the taste has a strong flavour of flowers. If you do find the time to make the Bourekia let me know how they turned out... Let us hope this New Year is a lot better than the last one, for all of us!!! So, I will add rose water or orange blossom water (which I like very much:) and of course I will let you know how it came out. Yes, let this be a nice, soft, mild year (like anthotiro ). Always a great chef ! you'll be happy, I d'on't do strictly VEGETERIAN - I ADD WHITE MEAN LIKE CHICKEN, SOMETIMES SAUSAGES, purée, beans.... HAM if it is without chemicals... lots of bread... sugar, marmelade...beans- i take my lemon juice long before eating because things dont mix.... creamy cakes once in a while...

We don't know what we are eating now days! I never have ready made meals because we don't really know the kind of chemicals they use to preserve them. Dear Stavros :) Another great video and a wonderful family recipe :) It's so kind of your sister to let you share this recipe. I will definitely try it and so will many people and I am sure everybody will love the result. Anyway, whatever the recipe, you will always present it in such an unpretentious and welcoming way :) I am learning so much and watching your videos gives me a lot of pleasure. +drendee Dear drendee, Thank you again for wonderful comments! It is hard work but like you said it's all worth it in the end. I have my nephew to help me out during cooking, and he does all the filming and editing. We have to get all the ingredients ready for use, then it is easier. Otherwise it could be a disaster in the kitchen looking for things when are needed. The most important thing of all, I have to practice to perfect the recipe. We all make a lot of mistakes, but unless I'm happy with recipe, there wouldn't be a video. Thanks again dear friend, for all your kindness comments and wishes. God bless!!!!
+Stavros Antoniou Well, I know what it's like to share a precise recipe when you are used to cooking without measuring the ingredients, using your intuition and experince only . It's actually very hard work when you have to prepare something and at the same time weigh or measure things and write the amount of everything down. And getting evrything ready and neat for the demonstration is very hard work too. I don't know if anybody ever watching such videos has ever wondered how much sacrifice of time and effort , apart from filming and editing, is required to make one video. I do appreciate all this effort and really admire your cooking skills. Thumbs up for your nephew for being such a great helper :)

I love this recipe.. Perhaps I could use anthotiro? It is mild and unsalted, neutral I would say, we use it in this kind of recipes. Your video smells of Greece and Cyprus dear friend. Wonderful aromas and a taste of sweet homesickness in this video of yours,

For this recipe Lila you can use any soft unsalted Cheese as long as you can mashed it or crumble it! I have never had anthotiro. It sounds like is already flavoured with rose water, or orange blossom water. Maybe you wont need to add as much rose water, in case the taste has a strong flavour of flowers. If you do find the time to make the Bourekia let me know how they turned out... Let us hope this New Year is a lot better than the last one, for all of us!!! +Stavros Antoniou Yes dear friend, anthotiro is soft and unsalted With no flavor at all, you see its name means o anthos toy tiriou, meaning it is the lightest form of cheese, little fat. So, I will add rose water or orange blossom water (which I like very much:) and of course I will let you know how it came out. Yes, let this be a nice, soft, mild year (like anthotiro ). Always a great chef ! you'll be happy, I d'on't do strictly VEGETERIAN - I ADD WHITE MEAN LIKE CHICKEN, SOMETIMES SAUSAGES, purée, beans.... HAM if it is without chemicals... lots of bread... sugar, marmelade...beans- i take my lemon juice long before eating because things dont mix.... creamy cakes once in a while...

We don't know what we are eating now days! I never have ready made meals because we don't really know the kind of chemicals they use to preserve them.
