GREEK & CYPRIOT EASTER BREAD - INGREDIENTS
4 cups (600g) Strong bread flour
2 3/4 cups (414g) plain flour
14g fast action dried yeast
3/4 cup (160ml) olive oil
10 grains (1g) Mehlepi, pounded
4 grains (2g) Mastic gum, pounded
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon (3g) baking powder
1 teaspoon (3g) Anise seeds, pounded
1 teaspoon (2g) ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon (3g) salt
2 cups (530ml) lukewarm milk
1 1/4 cups sesame seeds

4 φλιτζάνια (600γρ) Ισχυρό αλεύρι ψωμιού
2 3/4 φλιτζάνια (414γρ) αλεύρι για όλες τις χρήσεις

1 κουταλιά της σούπας ζάχαρη
1/2 κουταλάκι του γλυκού (3γρ) μπέικιν πάουντερ
1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού (3γρ) Σπόροι γλυκάνισου, σε σκόνη
1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού (2γρ) κανέλα
1/2 κουταλάκι του γλυκού αλάτι
2 φλιτζάνια (530μλ) χλιαρό γάλα
1 1/4 φλιτζάνια σουσάμι
PÃO DE PÁSCOA GREGO - INGREDIENTES
4 xícaras (600g) de farinha de pão forte
2 3/4 xícaras (414g) de farinha de trigo
Fermento seco de ação rápida 14g
3/4 de xícara (160 ml) de azeite
10 grãos (1g) de Mehlepi, triturados
4 grãos (2g) de goma Mastic, triturados
