SMALL OLIVE PIES - Ingredients
For the filo pastry
1 2/3 cups (250g) all purpose flour
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup (60ml) vegetable oil
100ml orange juice
For the filling
1 1/4 cup (220g) Black olives “Kalamata”, stoned and chopped
1 small onion finely chopped
1 tablespoon (1g) dried mint
1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves (Cilantro), chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
Extra olive oil for brushing the filo pastry
Extra orange juice for glazing
Sesame seeds for sprinkling
Ελιοπιτάκια - υλικά
Για τη ζύμη
1 2/3 κούπες (250γμ) αλεύρι για όλες τις χρήσεις
πρέζα αλατιού
1/4 κούπα (60 ml) φυτικό λάδι
100 ml χυμός πορτοκαλιού
Για την γέμιση
1 1/4 κούπα (220γμ) Μαύρες ελιές «Καλαμάτα», ψιλοκομμένες
1 μικρό κρεμμύδι ψιλοκομμένο
1 κουταλιά της σούπας (1γμ) ξηρός δυόσμος
1/2 koupa φρέσκο κόλιανδρο (Cilantro), ψιλοκομμένα
2 κουταλιές της σούπας ελαιόλαδο
Επιπλέον ελαιόλαδο για το βούρτσισμα της ζύμης
Επιπλέον χυμός πορτοκαλιού για βάψιμο
Σουσάμι για πασπάλισμα
ENROLADINHOS DE AZEITONAS - ingredientes
Para a massa
1 2/3 xícaras (250g) de farinha de trigo
Pitada de sal
1/4 xícara (60ml) de óleo vegetal
100ml de suco de laranja
Para o recheio
1 1/4 xícara (220g) Azeitonas pretas sem caroços e picadas
1 cebola pequena picada
1 colher de sopa (1g) de hortelã seca
1/2 xícara de folhas de coentro frescas, picadas
2 colheres de sopa de azeite
Azeite extra para banhar a massa
Suco de laranja extra para banhar
Sementes de Gergelim para polvilhar

Hello dear friend Stavros.i already tasted this very delicious pie with olives in Cyprus when my good neighbor Roda made a big pan for me.the pie was a kind of big big circle in a pan.i remember very well that we loved it so much especially the dough with orange juice
