I've gotten into Overwatch 2 from the past month, and this is the tip I've heard from the better players, and as an aspiring Hanzo main this tip is even more important for me. Thanks for the video
ey no problem man! Hanzo is a fun hero to learn for sure :D the one tip I'd give for him is probably to change his crosshair - not to self promo too hard but I discussed him a bit in my previous video on crosshairs :)
Focusing carry heroes - and ignoring people who do bad on their heroes - is such an important skill. Yesterday I was playing Zen against a Hanzo player with pretty good aim and he would always take out the squishies. However, when I switched to Moira, I could often dive him when he was trying to flank and kill him. This made the teamfights really easy because their other DPS wasnt as dangerous. On the other hand, I see so many people switch heroes if the enemy runs a hero like Pharah or Sombra. But often, they are really not good enough to make it worth. If their positioning and/or aim is bad, there is no need for hitscans / CC against them. Especially a bad Pharmercy can often just be ignored, making the rest of the fight an easy 3v5.
eyy let's go dude! it is a super important skill fr, and it's crazy how many players don't even consider it. I LOVE the flank style Moira, it works great if your team are getting demolished and you need a little offensive impact on support hahah
Absolutely brilliant stuff and such a unique vid idea that I can’t believe others haven’t made. Its just so important to hear these things even if you know some or most already!!
for real man! I feel like a lot of Overwatch theory is instinctive - I'm hoping to put everything there is to learn into simple video formats. appreciate you checking out the content fr :D
also if ur team isn't communicating I recommend going for dps first as they don't have multiple get out of jail free cards and are generally less annoying to 1v1
hahah of course, Overwatch is a VERY nuanced game so everything has to be put into context :') but, even with Mei, if you're able to kill her whilst she's ulting your team and hitting free headshots? I'd definitely say that's good value! just not applicable all of the time :)
I’ve been playing OW2 on console and enjoying it after not playing since 2017 on PC. I’m not great or anything but I noticed I’m being paired with a lot of noobs on quick play. Is there a way to get around this? I play support and sometimes help out my teammates with fights , then they just run along and leave me behind to fight against tanks like Dva by myself, like wtf? People really don’t know where to target.
if you're playing on a fresh account, you're likely going through the "First Time User Experience" that they added to OW2. this will pretty much exclusively put you into games with brand new players, so that may be where your struggle stems from? I've played through the FTUE myself, but I did it on tank/dps so playing against new players was easy to roll... I imagine it's a LOT different playing support and having to rely on your team a little bit more :')

honestly, yeah :') I think supports definitely used to be priority, but they're kinda equal with dps now due to how strong the support role is hahah
I understand that but it’s so hard when they’re supports don’t die and the tank falls back and starts effin you
Would have been interesting to hear about support healing target prioritization. Good vid
haha thanks man! that's actually a super interesting idea, I'll add it to the ever increasing todo list :')
underrated, keep up the good work man
haha thanks man! I appreciate it :)
Great video, hoping for the best for your channel in the future!
thanks man! appreciate you watching the content :)
That Hanzo of your's is a pretty good Target.
If only i had a way to teach people mid-match that shooting a double pocketed orisa doesn’t do jack shit
hahah just drop this video link in match chat, I wouldn't mind the promotion 🌚
focus heroes using ults. killing mei will not cancel her ult but good tip

I think folks are forgeting how to prioratize again... good old ow deja vu
LOL yeah fr, you'd be surprised how many new players there are tbf
Great video, keep it up!

That’s gonna be every game in quick play and more so in ranked (from what I’ve seen)
