    I bought my S95C in Nov, black Friday deal. I had zero issues with mine until I switched my HDMI cable, I took out the Sony PS5 HDMI cable and switched it with a another one.. When I started gaming I noticed I had about 7 black outs in less than 4 hours.. Read stuff on line then I realised I forgot to use the right HDMI cable ie the cable that came with my HDMI.. I have zero issues since then.. So in my case it's a hdmi issue

    Absolutely loving my 77 S90C. Like buying an OLED for the 1st time again. Colors and brightness are unreal.
    There we go on fitness journey. Was >400 & dropped to under 240 recently. Was a journey. Lifting & eating right got me through it. 💪

      as a 59 year old , was just overweight ( hip to waist ratio 1:1 so not too bad , started Resistance Training lost 24lbs , BMI still says slightly overweight , but hip to waist now .85 - I am wide and big boned :) - played rugby in the front row . gained muscle mass , went from no pullups ( or a very bad one ) to 12 in 5 months - so now mixing cardio HIIT and working on any muscle weaknesses - ( mainly upper body pushes , like shoulder press , and dips ( struggle to get past 8 ) . Plus support muscles rotator cuff , serratus , erector spinae etc .
      Will get a body scan , want to be around 13-17% body fat not higher or lower as some fat is good - must be close at moment. Plus when I hit the road for extensive travelling hiking , always drop weight , so want some reserves .
      Just had some rings delivered to work on a a work out I can take on the road with me , with some resistance bands

      @@nimblegoat at 59, that’s huge getting under 1:1. Imo, much better metric than BMI & # on scale. Been low carb/carnivore for >10yrs.

      @@CarnivoryHODL Yeah I always made sure my weight never went over 100Kg , so every 3 years I would drop from say 97Kg to 92Kg . that was very easy. But to get the last weight of seemed much harder, not that I really tried . Think resistance training, dropping simple carbs , no eating after 8pm . But I think dropping down portion size , putting excess in fridge for next day etc . Always ate pretty healthy, Love all non tuber veggies , so eat a lot of that , drizzled with EVOL . Thing is sometimes body knows it fooled by 8pm, so sometimes need determination post 8pm not to eat a few nights a week . Think it becomes easier as smaller portions are now normallised

    Really down to earth stance with regard to your thoughts on TV manufacturers. So many people in this hobby unrealistically expect perfection from these brands. Like you said, any of them can break. As long as the brand is able to resolve the issue is what counts. Glad they were able to get you back up and running

    Thanks for the update. While the experiment might have pushed the old one connect box over the edge, the only reason that experiment came about was because it had already been shown to have a problem. Defective is defective, irrelevant if it is a lot or a little. On another note, I took advantage of a sale on a S93c(basically an S90c with "better" sound). Unfortunately the 77" S90d in Europe has an WOLED screen and the price/performance ratio of the S90 series over the S95 series was too much. Now I just need to find a decent guide on what settings to set in Windows to take advantage of the picture and also avoid burn in. Ill rewatch your settings vid and if anyone wants to point me toward any other sources I would appreciate it.

      @@AllAboutTKK Gaming on the G4 right now, I couldn't be happier. The TV is bright as hell. People keep talking about how GQ-OLED has perfect colours and all but as an A95K owner, using the G4, I can not see that much difference colour-wise. The colours on the G4 are perfect and super crisp and clear and natural.

    Tech With KG did a 3 hour comparison of LG G4 vs. Samsung S90D. The G4 pretty much looked better the entire time, with greater HDR impact, higher fine detail, more color pop, better image processing. The G4 also won during RUclipsr ogcod's side-by-side comparisons with the Sony A95L and had better motion than the A95L.

    • @AllAboutTKK
      @AllAboutTKK  Месяц назад

      S90D is a smaller overall panel with a generation older panel also, to my understanding, I do not own it and so I would expect G4 to defeat it.
      Splitting hairs with the A95L though, that’s not a direct win for the G4. Which says a lot about A95L because it’s not even a Gen 3 QD Panel. This is why I haven’t made the choice of owning the G4 in 83” yet, also why I’m interested in the Bravia 9, because 23/24 OLED are at a very close peak and so I’m personally looking to see if there is something different and larger that catches my attention.

    Im not sure if its the same in the US but in the uk Sony gives 5 manufacturer warranty which is why i usually stick with them but recently been thinking c3 or bravia 7 never had oled but the 7 looks impressive

    Did they happen to give you a paper that says what they replaced? On the 3rd visit technicians finally changed out a part of my S95C's one connect box. The part number is BN94-18148L and the name of the part ASSY PCB OC S9CA. This replacement part has made the dropouts with PC gaming worse in my case. It's the pcb of the one connect that connects to the HDMI ports. I'm wondering is this the same part in your case or a different one.
