What do you mean? Just go in there and do it. 🤣🤣
I swear most people that want to do called work out have to hype themselves up so much to get that first rep in. I know it's daunting. 😅
Just go over to the rack put on some plates and start squatting......duh 👌👌🤣

This was one of them. Just amazing. Thank you for sharing Mike.

Look, anyone can question Mike's status as natty or not, but Mike ALWAYS has extremely helpful advice and tries to help us. Big man has been in the game for so long, being at that condition for his age, with his joints still being healthy, shows he knows exactly what he's doing. Best part, legit all this advice is free, Mike's a fucking legend 👏 ain't no way someone gonna try and dispute that.

Mikes a freakin beast. Lifting super heavy still on everything, no injuries, has great mobility. Very inspiring to see, and something I respect a lot because I push myself to accomplish any goal I can just like Mike, and I won't give up without achieving my goals. I see these young guys these days who are only like 45, and they'e already talking about injuries and having to go lighter than they used to, and it shocks me. Some of these guys even mention TRT already, without knowing their levels lol. In fact you have even younger guys mentioning TRT, guys in their 30s lol, which is absolute insanity for the most part. We are talking prime ages here for the most part. Most people never need TRT. My Test levels are higher in my early 40s than they ever were in my 20s and 30's. Not a lot higher, but very slightly higher according to my blood tests, and my doctor wasn't surprised by that at all. He said why would you think they would go down already? I do lift very very heavy and take care of myself though, and I am natty for life. My father is 75 and his Test levels are in the mid to high 600s, and he eats junk food on the daily, in fact he's been doing that his whole life. He does jog daily though and takes care of himself with exercise. You young guys, meaning anyone below 50 should not be complaining about injuries or going lighter than you used to. Going very heavy as you age is very very important and healthy for the body. I can't believe how weak peoples attitudes are these days. Young men thinking they need TRT without even knowing their levels. I still hit Pr's in my 40s and I am VERY very strong, especially for a natty. You guys should never stop trying to hit PR's , but do it in a safe way as well, since you really can get hurt at any age if you're not careful. Mike will explain how to be safe at times. Sorry this is so long and I sort of freaked out lol, but a lot of these mentally weak young guys complaining these days is a big pet peeve of mine. I just can't believe it, but social media is a big part of what's making everyone so weak and confused. MIke is a beast and a very very good guy to listen to and follow.

I still have slight shoulder pain in my left shoulder, but when I’m doing the incline smith bench press I find that if I drop the bar closer to the center of the chest, then I feel less pain or none at all and more chest and POWER!
