Paul Cezanne was a French artist who lived from 1839 to 1906. His style is considered Post-Impressionist and he is attributed with creating a bridge between 19th Century Impressionism and 20th Century Modern Art such as Cubism. In this video I paint my own version based on Cezanne’s original Fruit And Jug On A Table.

Loved your video, your painting, and the brief history of Cezanne. I plan to do something similar with Cezanne's many paintings of the same mountain. I will do several similar paintings as he did. Thank you for posting this video.

I will be doing a different still life painting but I am trying to capture the style of Cezanne! Thank you for the pointers, I would love to see more on how Cezanne paints fabrics and the wrinkles in them. I don't know what your instagram handle is but I will try and find it to tag you.

My guess is that she is using cadmium yellow mixed with burnt sienna and little bit of white. Let me know if this combination works.
