I still feel like they miss Jason. Even though they love Rob and hes done so much for them. Metallica changed once Jason left. It it it feels like an Ex or something. Youll always have that history and Jason was there when they were still in the MOP days way back in 86. So he really really knows them.
It’s a sad story of entitlement and narcisist traits by james and Lars mostly, plus immaturity and alcohol etc. Huge success like they had can get to anyone’s head. Jason should be still with them but they really fucked it up.
Real talk. I've never actually acknowledged Rob as an actual member because I don't think Rob has ever done it either, other than making a paycheck. Jason actually had that fire in his belly and he got put through so much.
@@charlesdjones1 makes sense. Jason was so dedicated ,they wont get anyone as fueld as he was. And yeh seems Robert is enjoying the checks & the fame more than the music.
I've got to hand it to these guys for owning up to the decisions they made when they were younger. They could just keep getting a paycheck and not address it, but it's cool they try.
Jason of course was probably created to be in Metallica. Very unfortunate that they had to part ways. Metallica is an outstanding band in the way of integrity. They absolutely hate changes. I mean, look at the other bands!

@@Synth2000 no, Jason fucked up when he QUIT!
Jason was perfect for Metallica, period.
Robert has his money & his work is appreciated, now can we have Jason back plz

What Kirk said was so powerful.

That is so cool!
Boss blessed you !!!!
Not just lucky, but blessed. I never saw cliff, but I did see Pantera a few years before dime was killed.
What a legend
Metallica wouldn't have made it without those years with Jason.
Nice chopped off ending. Where's the rest?
Alway good that these guys gould reflect to theirselves. Jason seems to good, and they didn't see it then

What interview is this?
Things haven't been the same since they cut their hair. 🤘🏻🎸
😢
Metallica peaked with injustice!
These wobbly moving subtitles are giving me eye cancer
