I have all kawis. Brutes, teryxs and all have big bore kits with cans and head work. The teryx has 50 shot wet kit. If maintained well they have no issues. I take the CCV rubber tube out and leave the CCV hose hooked to air box on all my bikes and utvs. Never have any issues. Take the tube out when you split case. If you do split it.
Great job guys! It's nice to have the know how when you get stuck with a lemon. It'll be plowing snow in no time! Thanks for posting and Merry Christmas!!
Was waiting for this, boy do I hear the frustration in your voice! Seen you tackle many a project never have they got you down like this P.O.S. It’s a learning lesson, we all get them, not always as we would like . Have a merry Xmas , may it be a great one.
Ya, my buddy rebuilt it...hoping to getting it back in the atv this coming weekend. I need the winch for some emergency shelter repairs. LOL! Thanks Man!
Hello there I'd like to know all the parts you bought for the rebuild I have to do the same to my ATV I saw a box frome fortnine did you buy all your parts there 👍
It wasn't that difficult, easier than I thought it would be. One thing that made it easier was the fact that the drive shafts just pull back and disconnect.
13:02 make sure you always line the marks and make sure the arrow on the gear in facing upwards
Thanks Mike!
Is that like hold my beer and watch this or I will work for beer !!! 🤣😂

Hello, is the old piston the original piston used by Kawasaki or has it been replaced before. I have the same piston on mine.
I believe they were the original pistons.
How bad is it to remove the engine?

@@RobFarrowATV Thanks

One of the few LOL!
Hello again i would like to know how many kilometers the bike have when you rebuild the engine
I think there was around 2800kms, not very many and should've been that bad.
Looks like it got dirt inside the engine. Was it submerged at any point?
