    Any time you remove the rocker cover the piston should be at TDC compression stroke cam lobes down. If not then you risk bending a valve stem. This is in the Factory Service Manual under disassembly instructions. Tensioners rarely fail.

    great video ! i have a 650 thats been a lemon since i got it / money pit. had a guy rebuild top end, vapor blasted cleaned, replaced pistons rings valve seal guides gasket and orings. torqued to man specs. never got to actually run it before it started pillers of white smoke again. i checked the spark plug holes and the front had rusty water in it. also while running it the front cyclinder was always 20 degrees cooler. so i assume the front head has blown head gasket or maybe warped or cracked head?

    I have a 2008 terex the air mixture screws on the carb is fixed where you can't get to them. Is that plug removable

    What is the problem with the front head on these motors can't find any timing issues but the front exhaust valves are broke off
