Can you share a contact group with other people who will occasionally send out emails on your behalf?

Hi. Yes, in Outlook desktop, you can right-click on your contact group and find an option to forward contact. This will send the contact group as an attachment in an email. The recipient can then save the group to their own contacts.

I like how easy it is to add the group in the recipient field. 🤓

Is there a way to set it up so if someone replies it will only send to you not everyone in the group?

There is something called IRM, Information Rights Management, but you can only use it if you have a business subscription. If you don't have a business account you can send to your recipients through BCC, blind carbon copy. This prevents them from seeing the other group emails, but they will only reply to you.
