Would it be a good idea to relocate that module to inside the cab? Just seems like water could be a real problem, not to mention wires being damaged again by debris
@@sterlingswildwest I have the eclick system. I have had the overheat code show up. So I maybe doing the in cab set up also. Need to see what cable options i have to do this.
@@davejordan2337 you can use the cable supplied with the e-clic through the factory hole under the driver’s floor board. There’s a grommet I ran mine through and put the new module under the dash and never had any overheating.
I see so many videos of folks jumping their Raptors like they are in a trophy truck. They aren't even close to being able to do what an actual trophy truck is capable of!
@@mikebromelow8514 right? They are fun trucks but I think it’s important to note that Raptors can endure easily the things that would ruin a regular F150. So those of us that don’t want to drive a trophy truck on the road we drive a Raptor off-road 🙌
Great info guys!!
Awesome info!
Dude looks and sounds like Josh Brolin lol! Great info about the modules!
@@jonm4467 thanks man! Thats a compliment!
Is the module in the R at the same location of the under carriage as the regular raptor?
Why did Ford not install the module inside the cabin?

@@davejordan2337 when I did the e-clic system I relocated the module inside. Ended up selling the e-clic to a customer that bought it.

@@sterlingswildwest I will check into this. I would have to re-route all the wiring as this is in a non live valve truck. Thanks for the tip
Does that module control the exhaust actuators?

Fill the connector with dielectric grease, problem solved.
@@snivesz32 right? I’m glad we did!
Every one of your videos should at least contain a few seconds of the R exhaust note.

Man why didn’t they put that in the cab or engine bay something where it’s more protected.

Shh, don’t tell them. 😂
Quit doing unneeded cuts to be trendy. The split second cut mid sentence is annoying.
