One year ago I met some Singapore-based Fish Pro owners who were starting their fishing journey and learning how to target the local species. Since that time, the small but dedicated group of PWC fishos have been honing their fishing skills and are starting to see some fantastic results!
I'm back in Singapore again and local Fish Pro owner and serious fisherman David Tan took me to a local spot that is paying dividends. David has "cracked the code" and is now catching decent sized GTs and many other great fish species in the extreme currents and shallow waters that surround Singapore and it's nearby islands.
Never has the fishing saying "Elephants Eat Peanuts" mean more than on this day! Plus I finally get to see how effective the Nomad Squidtrex lures can be too!

Does Singapore government charge extra tax for your jet skies. Like your cars or similar to rest the world.
The boys catch snd release the GTs, Queenfish, and other Trevalleys. It’s not illegal to take fish but they only seem to take the very tasty ones! Cod and Coral Trout are great eating. The skis are registered and the membership and ongoing fees to leave the skis at the marina are quite high.

I’d check with you local Yamaha or Sea-doo dealers as prices can vary. But you could start on lower cost or second hand skis at a reasonable price.

@@georgehuntoon797 their called “Tubbies” and made is South Africa by a company called Racetech situated in Durban. There’s no US distributor still to my knowledge. You can only approach the company and import yourself. On my channel, most videos are from SE Queensland (Australia) and there is a company here that imports them and fits them to PWCs. They add additional storage and stability. Expensive to buy, but they transform the ski into a serious fishing craft.
