Ready to make an investment in a TS1200. Car went dead twice in my garage, fridge almost empty, no pet food. Had enough of pushing my luck! Greetings from a Brit residing in the USA.
Bought a portable charger (different make) after my battery went flat a few days after buying the car. Also changed the battery so haven't used the charger yet , but if it works as well as yours then it's money well spent. Mine's small enough that I could empty out the first aid kit, use the case to store it, and it fits in the first aid kit compartment !
My gf bought one similar, half the size though and only £45.. has used it already as something keeps draining the battery and was brilliant, turned over instantly. When I went to charge it, was still on about 95 %
I have a topdon diagnostic tool using obd2 and it's brilliant. Clears airbag codes and what not.

@@THUvidz well, I take care to store it inside, and bring it with me on tour. Have started my daughter’s Audi Q2 I -20 C with it. But I reckon it won’t work as good if stored in zero degrees.

i have had one of these, it worked great for 6 months the started to not charge up properly, only getting to 75%, I asked the retailer to look at it , he referred me back to topdon who said NO warranty, even though it was sold with 12 months warranty, the best they offered was 50% discount on a new unit, personally i would not bother!

If the battery has beed dead two or three time , dose the battery need to be replaced soon?
Worth getting it checked, they do lose some capacity by being dead
DeWalt 18-volt 2 amp drill battery it is the best cheap and I have started my car for time before renewing my battery and also to other people I helped at the supermarket

No plug in to a usb socket on PC. It has an inverter which changes it from 5v to 12v

the battery on my 2007 A6 2.0 diesel was dead last week and i tried this starter. it didnt work
Depends on the battery- if its got dead cells this work work, the battery needs to be healthy just flat, sounds like your battery is screwed
@@BWSTT the thing is though, I put the battery on charge for 4 hours and the car started fine, it has kept its charge fine, I scanned car with VCDS and battery comes back as in good health !!

Got delivery of one of these and it came 50% charged . I’ve charged it to 100% in put it in my v8 Range Rover .
You tried starting a manual tranamission without pressing the clutch. It will not start
Dunno if you watched this video or not, but this is manual and starts. I think i know what you’re trying to get at, but you’ve really not made your point very well.

Ive got to admit, an etron GT came past me the other day and i wished 2 things. I wished i could afford one, and i wished it wasn’t electric! I think the only other newer Audi that i like the look of is the new rs3 saloon

That’s a Lion battery. It’s the worst battery for your car.
Bought bigger topdon js3000 version , started 2 cars and power went down to 50% , disappointing!
