I really think Miz was actually the only possible pro to rookie Bryan Danielson. Nobody was gonna teach Danielson how to wrestle, so there was no point in pairing him with a technical wrestler. And at the same time Miz was the person who made it through the gameshow of NXT, turned pro and became an important part of the brand and if he could teach some of that to Banielson, that would be a great deal.

STILL can't believe the WWF/E's worst and best character debuts took place at the same event, by COMPLETE coincidence; it's something that can only be determined with hindsight, as the company thought BOTH would be great at the time...

If anything, they thought the Gooker would be the MORE special, with the *months* of build-up (the Egg started appearing at shows right after SummerSlam '90); Taker was just introduced as a giant goon who didn't know the rules and got counted out in his debut, beating up Dusty in the aisle after he had already pinned him (which Roddy Piper helpfully explained to us, being Roddy Piper 🤣🤣.)

Boss Man was meant to have only kidnapped Pepper the Chihuahua, not Al himself; Al was supposed to have gone there of his own volition as a sort of ransom handover; yet he willingly eats food Boss Man somehow prepared for him Gourmet restaurant style in a random 90's hotel room, until he finds out he's eating his dog, Theatre Of Blood-style. THAT somehow makes that entry EVEN WORSE, and is an even better reason for it to be on THIS list... 🤣🤣
Don't forget some of those dogs were in heat.
I'm grateful for The Kennel From Hell Match because I was there and good or bad (very, very bad) it is part of wrestling history and not many people can say they've been to a historic match.
"She didn't know the industry" she literally was mentored by "Judo" Gene LeBell who on top of being a judoka, actor & stuntman was a pro wrestler for a time & was very close to Roddy Piper. No Ronda knew the industry she just didn't know how to work & had a massively inflated ego that can't stand to be deflated by anything, for further proof look at her loss to Holly Holm

People really shouldn’t overthink why that belt Strowman won in the Greatest Royal Rumble hasn’t been seen since then. If it became an official title, we would all be complaining how it doesn’t make sense for it to be around
I actually liked the early NXT. It was def weird, pales in comparison to what it became, but at the time I still tuned in every week.

Gable Steveson was a wasted sign since he got signed back in like 2021 the ln debuted at Wrestlemania 38. Then for an entire stupid 1 year wait since Gable loved his amateur wrestling he made his in ring debut at NXT Great American Bash 2023. Like bruh no wonder why no one liked the guy or cared anymore also his allegations didn't help
