The leasing office can give you a rent concession for the inconvenience. If they refuse call the corporate office of the management company.

This crap you're going through is the reason I bought my house. I've gotten screwed many times by property managers because they just wanted to give me what they had and I was moving the next day. That's why they have you come in and sign a lease the day before you move so you can't do nothing about it. They know what they're doing and it isn't to please the renter, it's to put money in their pockets.

Why do you use a laundry service when you have a washer and dryer already?
I hate doing laundry lol so hiring a service helps a ton and saves me time. Same reason why people hire house cleaners. It’s just a convenience💕

I hate that you had this experience with your complex. I see it is August 3rd as I type this which means you have moved in (YAY!!). Nothing more frustrating that something being falsely advertised and also makes no sense to be called a dark finish if it has the brown cabinet on the bottom...whew chileee! I wouldn’t let my teenager/ preteen watch it, the world is in a rush for kids to grow up.
Plus it’s trashy. Our 18 year old twin daughters saw it, and that’s because they purchased their tickets before I found out about it. Of course they totally disagree with me.
