- In order to realize his true artistic voice, American painter David Park gathered up all his abstract work and hauled it to the dump, literally and started over after which he would go on to become the founder of the Bay Area Figurative movement. Get your art fix on!

Thank you so much, he accomplished so much during his young life, and left behind his own legasy. I am so steeped in the realistic of portraits and the human form, I don't know if I could approach trying to get closer to his thinking process, after 30 years as a USArmy, ret., disabled combat veteran, and 31 years as an Art Therapist and teacher, there is so much that he could teach me, if I wasn't afraid to try,
