I've been using this software almost 10 years now I always learn something useful from your videos that both I didn't know and also make my editing easier thank you as always
Been struggling with not knowing the ripple edit for years. Making changes in the beginning of a far gone edit, and having to drag everything in place after a cut/delete have been time-consuming. I learned the "group" selection for that problem not so long ago, but ripple seems like an easier method. Will try it in my next video project. Thanks for great tips. Been following you since I started with Corel many years ago. 👌🏻
Hi Gripps, thanks for all your great videos over the years, now to my question. I recently installed VideoStudio2023 ultimate and a folder with video overlays end up on my desktop along with another folder titled VideoStudio2023 which contains a folder titled 64bit. I’ve always been told folders and files do not belong on the desktop. Should these folders be placed somewhere in the program directories? Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
to see if the folder can be removed simple rename it 64bit.bak if this does not effect CVS than it can be moved or deleted. I personally never had this folder on my desktop
Thanks Gripps, great reminder and a couple there I didn't know. Do you know the Corel user to user web board is being shut down 15th February ☹️.The board will be really missed by users, to be replaced by support staff.🤣🤣🤣
Also new release for 2023 After Installing this patch the version should show as 26.1.0.268 Video Studio 2023 SP1 Release Note_final.pdf, refer useser group.
@@gripps2211 Something to do with the new ownership I imagine. The next edition will need some hardcore additions with Ai so maybe the new guys will be better suited to that.
After 270 videos for youtube on VS, I really am ready to move on. I'm sort of glad they are forcing me. Obviously, they gave up trying to stabilize it. 2023 crash just now. Hee. You know the drill.
I tried loading multiple clips into videostudio and it crashed. Now, every time I try to launch it opens for a few seconds then just shuts down. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program but it still acts that way. Any suggestions?
Give constructive feedback to help the company do better, don't lose old customers, don't mean to badmouth us, our 4k share has poor image quality, there is no clear difference. clearly compared to HD, hope the next new software will be better, to retain old customers, and get more new customers, wish the company will develop more and more...

Do you know what reason they gave for doing so?

If you un install and re install use the clean up tool kb.corel.com/en/128827
@@gripps2211 thanks, I tried that with no success. Just bought a powerful new laptop and it now works great!
Did you check the capabilities of your GPU with the software?
