I wish I'd known about the ripple cut 8 years ago, it would have literally saved me about a week of my life, probably more, thank you these are great tips!
Wow bro. I could've used that ripple cut a couple of weeks ago.. that's a real time saver! 👊🏾 I always wondered what that icon was for🤣🤣. Another great tutorial. Much appreciated.
The Ripple Editing mode was very useful tool to use, I was able to cut out a couple seconds of dead video out without have to shuffle the timeline for all my titles.

Great tutorial. I have a couple of questions. What version is this? And how did you get Boris title studio in FX? I have ultimate 2022 and it didn’t get it. Can it be transferred from an earlier version? Thank you
I have been using VSP for years now making RUclips videos and I found these tips extremely useful especially the Audio tips two thumbs up from super8tovideo
Mr.Gripps, thank you for sharing your editing knowledge with Corel Video. I am new to Corel Video Studio Ultimate 2022. Your videos are very helpful. I am currently working on a project. Looking for help, I found your channel. Of course, I already subscribed. Thank you!
Sure 1. Ctrl A highlight everything on time line 2. Ctrl C,V and X ....copy paste extract common in most software 3. D -to move 1 frame back 4. S -split footage on timeline 5. Ctrl and mouse wheel to zoom in and out 6. this one i did not mention Ctrl L volume up or down
Thank you for posting Corel VideoStudio on RUclips lesson. I am using Corel VideoStudio 2021. Can you post a lesson how to record voice over (sometime I said on the video which is incorrect I want to record over). Thank you in advance.
is VideoStudio 2022 worth buying for beginners? I want to take my RUclips Channel seriously and I have been researching and I am considering this software.
Does the software crash on you a lot when you do complicated things in the program? I'm just wondering because I want to buy the new 2022v and I'm just curios on how you avoid the crashes. Their must be a setting or a way to prevent that from happening. I you have any suggestions, I would appreciate it. Because the program is wonderful and easy to use for what I needed it for. The only thing that I find strange is that from year to year they all have the same crash issues. Has anyone ever gotten an answer from Corel?
I had issues with MOV files. Proxy takes longer to compress, if i applied clip to time line to early VS would just close. One thing I learned was SAVE project often as possible. Also I keep my codecs up to date. One thing I learned with all versions that the FX was a bit touchy, make sure the FX filters is high lighted before adding to a clip.
@@gripps2211 I will try that, compare to other software do you find it has more issues or they are all the same? I want to keep using the program because it's amazing to work with. I'm just wondering if you have a recommendation for a better editing software that is comparable to this one with less crashes? Sorry for all the questions hope you don't mind. For now I'll keep trying to make the settings better. Keep up the good work! I'm trying to be as positive as I can about the software because I realise everything nothing is perfect.
Good tips, thanks! I bought VideoStudio 2022 and I cannot get a smooth rendered footage. I tried everything but the result is a sluggish and laggy MP4 file :(( It happened in every format (4K, 1080p). My source files usually are 4K, 30 fps, 100 Mbps. Il also see that the software can't output a high bitrate like that. If someone can help, I would be glad
HI!.. I'M using VS ultimate 2021...I dont see under the FX tab "crop boarders"...i also dont see any of the "new blue" or boris stuff either. Do i have to download files?
love how you make everything so clear and easy to follow, and none of the waffling so many people do when presenting. thank you.
I like your style of teaching

Great glad that helped.
Really useful tips, thanks mate! 😊
Cool name.
Just as the "D" key moves one frame back, "F" moves one frame forward. When you hold the D/F key, it plays back/forward until you release it.
🙏👍👍

Hi Gripps I was wondering do you know if Hauppauge HD PVR Pro 60 capture videos will work in the coral video studio ultimate 2022??
is VideoStudio 2022 worth buying for beginners? I want to take my RUclips Channel seriously and I have been researching and I am considering this software.
I'm bias so I will say yes. However take a look at Filmora and Pinnacle Studio too.

is it worth to upgrade to 2022 ultimate from 2019
To be honest i mainly use 2020 version. I think 19 is very stable.

When I move my curser any where on the timeline layers the curser. Has a orange line. Is there anyway to get rid if it. I’m using video studio 2022
Settings/Preferences/General/ uncheck Enable timeline Preview scrubbing
Hardware acceleration may make your corel crash more often.
