Late to the party here, I’m the one thousandth view and the 158th like!
You are pushing so much great content these days that I can’t even keep up, don’t know how you do it!
Nice one KDA, have a great weekend!
Thanks mate! I don't do much else besides my day job which is only 5 or 6 hours a day, four times a week. Lots of free time.
He is good. Him and Andy from "Shut up & Play " are guys I go to when I forget stuff I did back in 1985, or thereabouts. Funny thing is that it is for MY students! lol. What a slob I am. We (my generation) learned by rewinding tapes and listening for 1000 times. There was no tab till like 88 or so. Just alot of hours honing your chops and ears.
That alternate fingering for the main riff is so damn obvious (and easy) now that you did it! Thanks!
Thanks for the accurate info. I was watching the Black Crowes vid and also noticed Jimmy's hand position.
Fantastic. One of my favorites. Jimmy’s the best 🎸
I love Zeppelin 3 album. Great stuff ♪♫♪♫♪
My favorite Zep song, great tutorial!
He plays it different than me. Seems almost everone plays it differently and it is hard to hear the 1/2 steps . I have almost perfect pitch, but not PERFECT, close. 40 yrs playing shaped it. I like Kelly Dean! Seems like a good man, and he is easy to watch. That is kinda rare for me at least. Andy from "Shut up & Play is the best guy on here. So many songs I forget parts to from the 80`s so I get lazy and watch these guys!! I know, I am a slob.
Nice job KD , this is a song that sounds like it should have been on the presence album, great drums on this song.
Right, no solo , 2 upbeat songs on Zeppelin III without a solo , the other as you know “Immigrant Song”. Although live he sometimes improvises with the IS, Great tutorial per usual!!
Great song to cover, very underappreciated song!!!! Page was such a riff master!
Great One KDA...
Thanks KDA! Always loved the groove on this one
Thank you Kelly. Great guitar instruction.
Thanks!
Great choice .my fav zep album
Nicely executed!!!
Thanks mate!
Thxs Kelly much appreciated & very enjoyable
Great song lesson from an underrated Zep album. Love the Woody Guthrie reference on your guitar. Cheers!
Wow! Forgot about this one. Great tune, thanks as always!
Sweet!!!
That's brilliant, you make it look so easy!
Thanks for sharing! Great lesson!
You always cover the best songs that others don't teach! How bout some Southern River Band?!
Great video! Thanks! Another Zeppelin masterpiece 👍
I think you are ready to play for that cover band now Kelly LOL
i've always played it differently as a kid ... and , apparently playing it incorrectly ... thanks KDA
Great job. Do I hear Malcolm borrowing from Page for AC/DC's "Let's Get It Up" in there?
Wow, yes. Very similar.
Three thumbs up (somehow two didn't work)!
Hi Kelly, have you ever heard Pressure and Time by Rival Sons, the main riff sounds like it borrows part of this riff. It's a great song by a very underrated (Grammy nominated ) band. You should check them out. Keep up the good , I really like your lessons.
