@Yemu Sue I get a good stretch in and do it every morning on the weekdays to get the blood going before work. I also follow it up with a low calorie diet and karate. Don't eat more than 300 calories per meal, or 1,200 a day. Except for Saturday. On Saturday I eat like a pig. The main thing is consistency. Somedays, you're not gonna feel like doing it, but you have to push on anyway. You'll feel better once you get done. Nearly a year later, I've gone from 240 to 205. I hope this helps out.

I'm 53 and ripped. I use your ab workouts on a rotation. The key is to EAT RIGHT and keep your muscles confused. Rotate your workouts every week. Target your muscles in different ways with multiple approaches. I didn't know this and watched my progress stall no matter how hard I hit it. Abs are truly made in the kitchen. Set that fav. soda down. I know, its so hard. I love a soda with a meal, but the sugar will kill your progress. Its about the food. Eat a lot, but of the right food. Your muscles need this to build. I have 4,000 calories per day. The only gain I'm seeing is in my muscles. I'm in better shape than I was at 25. Good luck.
ABsolutly recommend this one! I often tend to think that lower ab workouts are just like any ab workout, you train your whole abs but there’s no focus on the lower part specifically…But this one… i did it yesterday and my lower abs are definitely sore while the rest isn’t at all! 11/10 - my favorite from now on😍👍🏼

Hi Madfit! Ever since the pandemic began in 2020, my life changed when I found your videos. I was stuck at home due to quarantine and was bored. I decided to take all my free time into good use and try working out through your videos. Little did I know how much change it will bring me. Fast forward to now, I have now lost at least 15 kilos, and am now in the process of gaining them again through muscle building. But Maddie I am so happy with my body right now! I workout everyday for an hour by mixing and matching your videos and it has completely changed my life. I have always been insecure and never saw myself as someone who could be confident and beautiful. I have always been overweight all my life and would just look at cute clothes and think that I can never pull them off. Maddie, thank you so much for changing my life ❤️ Words can't express how it feels to shop and have clothes that actually fit me. How good it feels to like what I see in the mirror, and how great it is that I no longer easily get sick as I get stronger everyday. I had fusion in my neck three weeks ago and haven’t been able to do core and although I didn’t do the plank parts This workout did not put string on my neck area and I was able to engage my lower core thank you so very much

Maddie this was such a great workout! I knew I needed to target my lower abs but had no idea how to do it as a beginner without horrible, ineffective crunches! My back is so sensitive so these were AWESOME for targeting abs without injuring myself. You truly are my favorite workout channel. So sore already and loving it :D

I had fusion in my neck three weeks ago and haven’t been able to do core and although I didn’t do the plank parts This workout did not put string on my neck area and I was able to engage my lower core thank you so very much

I’ve been doing this for 3 weeks now and I can start to feel a change. Im able to suck in my lower stomach now and feel it tighten but I was going to ask how many calories does this workout burn?

Maddie this was such a great workout! I knew I needed to target my lower abs but had no idea how to do it as a beginner without horrible, ineffective crunches! My back is so sensitive so these were AWESOME for targeting abs without injuring myself. You truly are my favorite workout channel. So sore already and loving it :D
