      @Yemu Sue I get a good stretch in and do it every morning on the weekdays to get the blood going before work. I also follow it up with a low calorie diet and karate. Don't eat more than 300 calories per meal, or 1,200 a day. Except for Saturday. On Saturday I eat like a pig. The main thing is consistency. Somedays, you're not gonna feel like doing it, but you have to push on anyway. You'll feel better once you get done. Nearly a year later, I've gone from 240 to 205. I hope this helps out.

    I'm 53 and ripped. I use your ab workouts on a rotation. The key is to EAT RIGHT and keep your muscles confused. Rotate your workouts every week. Target your muscles in different ways with multiple approaches. I didn't know this and watched my progress stall no matter how hard I hit it. Abs are truly made in the kitchen. Set that fav. soda down. I know, its so hard. I love a soda with a meal, but the sugar will kill your progress. Its about the food. Eat a lot, but of the right food. Your muscles need this to build. I have 4,000 calories per day. The only gain I'm seeing is in my muscles. I'm in better shape than I was at 25. Good luck.

    ABsolutly recommend this one!
    I often tend to think that lower ab workouts are just like any ab workout, you train your whole abs but there’s no focus on the lower part specifically…But this one… i did it yesterday and my lower abs are definitely sore while the rest isn’t at all!
    11/10 - my favorite from now on😍👍🏼

      be sure to do your cool downs after working out to avoid/decrease pain the next day!! otherwise you mighr damage your muscles, just a friendly reminder. (:

    Holy crap! I am not a beginner by any means. I have been working out since my teens and I am now rounding the corner to 53. I needed to change the way I workout due to injuries and I found you. I can not believe ten minutes of ab work can give me such a burn. You are awesome and I am so glad I found you! I will be doing your workouts daily.

    I've been incorporating your beginner low ab workouts into my daily routine, but I finally took it up a notch with this video, and I'm so glad I did.

    Hi Madfit!
    Ever since the pandemic began in 2020, my life changed when I found your videos.
    I was stuck at home due to quarantine and was bored. I decided to take all my free time into good use and try working out through your videos. Little did I know how much change it will bring me.
    Fast forward to now, I have now lost at least 15 kilos, and am now in the process of gaining them again through muscle building. But Maddie I am so happy with my body right now! I workout everyday for an hour by mixing and matching your videos and it has completely changed my life. I have always been insecure and never saw myself as someone who could be confident and beautiful. I have always been overweight all my life and would just look at cute clothes and think that I can never pull them off.
    Maddie, thank you so much for changing my life ❤️ Words can't express how it feels to shop and have clothes that actually fit me. How good it feels to like what I see in the mirror, and how great it is that I no longer easily get sick as I get stronger everyday. It even affected my lifestyle, as I now have healthier habits as well. Your workouts are so effective that I do not even need to deprive myself from my favourite treats. You really are changing my life, one video at a time.

    You’re videos are amazing idk why but I lifted heavy for several years and always felt super bulky and could never reach my fitness goals. Then my social anxiety kicked in and I stopped going to the gym all together. This has helped me so much being able to workout at home and actually see results

    Outstanding workout!!! Even after losing 35 lbs and doing 300 sit-ups a week, I had stubborn lower belly fat. Been doing this for 3 weeks now and I can already see real progress… btw seeing you do this makes me realize you’re as tough as nails

    I use mad fit workout videos every day now for the past 2 months. I love the assortment of levels, exercises, equipment and none, it always makes me feel like I'm targeting different muscles and not becoming repetitive.     HEY!! I love you stretching videos so much I would love if you made the stretch’s longer for super tight muscles (45-60sec) that’s still around 30 minutes to an hour . Your videos have helped me so much, I watch your videos daily :))❤️❤️❤️

    I'm new to watching your vid. Just found you today. I am def going to try this. Possibly do all level one for now as I'm recovering from a back injury. But I started with a situp challenge on FB and was looking to incorporate lower ab exercises because I've had 2 c-sections and those of us that have had children know how our body can change. So I'm super excited to try this later today. Probably won't be able to do them all but will do the ones my body allows until I get stronger!!

    Maddie this was such a great workout! I knew I needed to target my lower abs but had no idea how to do it as a beginner without horrible, ineffective crunches! My back is so sensitive so these were AWESOME for targeting abs without injuring myself. You truly are my favorite workout channel. So sore already and loving it :D

    I think your clam professional manner towards the workout stands out forefront. Do you teach claases? I like most that on each excercise they go up different levels. So basically trying to cater as much as possible to everyone 😊😊

    I made it a 45-15 workout instead of 50-10 which made it perfect for my I've-been-on-vacation-for-too-long state of fitness. Great one, thank you!
