Yannis is such a hard worker and Rick just keeps ploughing on too. Fantastic work from all of you. I don't think I will ever forget this transformation. 😃
I’d be very surprised if Yannis doesn’t start getting work offers from around the world. His work ethic, aptitude for learning new skills are admirable
Love your Dad's chuckle! The patience and "can do" attitude of Dad, Yannis, and Rick is compelling and is witness to how this huge project continues in spite of bumps and slumps. If there were such things as 'lingering spirits' there, they are surely uplifted and set free by the new life you are bringing to this venerable and hiatorically significant building. Itd be great to see all the working hands that have worked thus far, gathered to celebrate all they have contributed!
Billy, I think it's amazing that you involve your dad in the construction projects. I know you do your best to protect and make sure he is safe. My dad passed in 1991, wish he was still here.
I love your comment. I lost my dad July of last year and it’s so hard being an orphan as my mom passed in 2019. It’s like a piece of your heart is missing. 💕💕
@@pamelablume1637 oh honey thank you!!!🙏. My heart ❤️ goes out to you too. I hope you have a wonderful day and weekend. Thank you for your beautiful comment.
My dad passed in 1981, way too young. When my mom passed in 2004, I went into a depression & part of it was because I was an orphan then. Didn’t realize until I went to a grief counselor.
When the kids get bigger and they watch these videos and see what you have done, bit by bit, because you had a dream. They're gonna be so proud of you. We love these videos now. But years from now they become your family's history.
It would be great putting together a compilation of videos from purchase of the convent..... to the completion of entire renovation, as you did recently ending on kitchen completion. Then put it on display loop for visitors to watch as an historical diary. This includes the bell, the organ, the gardens, the office, the spooky noises and lights, etc.
Wow, so much work being done and I know more than what has been filmed. Between the Grandparents home, the Chateau and the Convent adding in Simons place the Organ move, Ryan's place, Sadie's apartment, Phil's many places. You are quite the family, hard working and dedicated. Crack On!!
Billy…you have a wonderful family…it warms my heart ❤️ how much you all love Yanis and have taken him in and made him a part of your family. You all are Amazing!!! Moving those monstrous beams have made me a bit nervous but you boys did it!!! Great job!!! ❤❤❤ from Arizona 🇺🇸 USA!!!
...exhale. Every single well-thought-out piece of kit, the teamwork of this entire crew & many months of preplanning proved worthy of the task at hand. Way to go, guys. Cheers ☕
Billy as I watch this most creative and fascinating conversion from refectory to library/dining area, I can't help but note your very own conversion into an excellent project manager. You match the particular skills of each of your guys to the jobs at hand and let them shine! By recognizing their achievments daily, you create a most positive bond among them. With this particular phase (the steel beams) it seems you have taken the most risky job for yourself. Billy, you have grown and matured. This convent conversion will be the making of you, I think. Lastly, always be a help to Gwendolyn. She's on her own journey, too.
Hearing the recommendation about Barry's Tea being the finest available so I purchased a box from Amazon. As a tea drinker for 65 years I agree that it is indeed the best I've had. As luck would have it family members arrived in Ireland today for a visit. Hopefully there is room in their luggage for a few boxes on their return trip. From White Rock, British Columbia, Canada. Grand video as always. Thank you.
You have come so far in renovating this beautiful building……… I love watching! Yanis is of such small stature but he is a wonderful working machine! Hmmmmmmmmm….. have brother make something from the old beam and offer for sale!
Wow! 😅 First I get to worry about the house catching fire with all those sparks flying, then I get to worry about the steel beam, and now I can worry about the sagging oak beam.. That's a lot of exitement for one day.. I love you guys. ❤
That blue lift has certainly proven invaluable for the team hasn’t it. Well done guys. Yannis looks so tiny standing there next to the guys, but he’s such a powerhouse of a worker.
So happy to see Rick and Yanis they are always so positive & cheerful when working. It will be great when Alex is back and we can see more of Billy also. Hope the rest of the family is doing well too.
I love the team you have around you, more like family, so hardworking and caring, each having each other’s backs, Billy never forgetting to thank them individually 🙏🏻🇬🇧
I can’t say I understand the strategy of this work but I’m fascinated by the process. No doubt this is very dangerous work. The coordination and perseverance of this whole renovation has been a pleasure to watch. Your words and actions always match - a rarity.
Watching that wood beam come down will be interesting for sure... can't wait for that. Yannis is such a hard worker! You are so lucky to have him on the team... and I always love seeing Rick...
We are cracking on today, Yannis is such a dedicated worker to Billy and doing great. When Billy's father through that big stone to Rick he caught it. They sure made building strong back then. I live in a Townhouse and one wall is attached to my neighbors. When I am in my computer room I can hear the guy snoring and I laugh, Such is life.
Billy,Mic,Yanis and Rick my talented group. Beautiful job of moving the heavy beam. Tomorrow job looks just as heavy. You guys deserve a cup of tea. Until manana. Please, take care and stay safe. Love ya 🍺🍺🍺🍺🕊❤️🌹🇺🇸😇🌈🙏🌞
Wow, Great job Gentlemen, not only strength and fortitude but a close knit family of friends that work wonderful together. I think you more than deserve the cup of tea after that teeth gritting move. Have a wonderful day for tomorrow you are back at it.
The only wasted day is one you didn't learn something. I love the way Yanis says.... Crack on! I feel that beam is going to be a real bugger. Be safe guys! Cheers Terry
Talent, Wisdom, Experience and money. This place is "Cracking on"! Love your Video's. So many challenges overcome. Yanis has so much strength and speed. Does he ever slow down? LOL
Another excellent day at the convent. I think my heart skips a few beats until the beam is settled in place, but you all work so well together and Billy, your dad warms my heart. There seems to be a lot of respect, love and kindness amongst all of you. ❤️
What beautiful music at the beginning Billy, who would have thunk it’s from dr who ❤. You guys make a great team with your very own wreck it ralf (yannis) lol what a transformation already

Love watching Yanis, you can tell by his facial expressions how much he enjoys what he is doing!
Was Yannis a kitty cat in his former life? Nothing bothers him.😊❤
He is absolutely a reincarnated cat. An astute observation
You really can

I think there is enough to do at the convent and chateau to keep him there for many years to come, should both parties so choose.
@@jelenanovakovic7828For sure, for the rest of his life 😂😂😂
