Fog Light Installation On The EK! | Netfix Original Series | Ep 3 Pt 2

Were back with another episode with the EK Daily! Today were going to be doing a full in depth install of the Spec-D Fog Light Kit. This vehicles visibility with the OEM headlights isn’t the best. So after doing the LED bulb update, I decided to add a little more light when need be with this Spec-D Fog Light kit. We do a full in depth install including the cutting, wiring, and show you exactly how to get these installed. I went with the yellow housing to match up my vehicles. I think it gives it a nice JDM feel, and add a little more character.

Theres factory wiring pre installed in the 99/00 civic not sure about 96:98.

May require more switches and harness to be factory style install.

Nice installation video, but you actually don't have to cut out these grey vents around the fog lights.

You make a solid point. They give you a mesh to install in there also. So that gives you a few different options, depending on what your going for. Thanks for the feedback.

@@Netfixandbuild Oh, didn't know that. I just ordered a DEPO kit for my 2000 hatch, I think they are a bit different then.

Am I about to do this with my 98 civic Ek? Can I just buy a 99 bumper and install the lights?

Can you upgrade that h3 bulb?

I found out that cheap Amazon kits will have sealer on them but you can upgrade if you remove sealer
