I don't care what any of you echo boomers with the international or HD version of FFX say about this boss. In the US copy that I bought, his chance of using Armageddon was crazy. Therefore, more difficult to predict. Good day to you sir (in advance)!
I used to always fail a perfect 2-2-2 hits attack reels, but then I got it and it's so easy. Get the first 2, wait 1 sec or so, get the second 2, wait another sec or so, and you get the third 2. Basically count 1-2-3. With time it becomes almost automatic.
Blitzball is super fun and not hard at all after you have jecht shot. Definitely worth the time to get his weapon as well. Not even close to the difficulty of chocobo race or lightning dodge
+Gailardia1 well this is all end game content. you dont HAVE to do it. its there for people who love grinding. there are people that love how long all of this takes, thats who this was implemented for. if youre not that type, then just ignore all this. beat the game and move on. there is no real reward for doing all of this. its a total pointless time sink that isnt for everyone.
I don't know how long it took him, but I'm 200 hrs. in, and I'm grinding earth eater for fortune spheres to finish Yuna's grid. My character's luck ranges from 238-240. I also ignored evasion and accuracy. Im using the standard grid. Hope this helps.

I HATE that game, and you are right, it is based on luck, which infuriates me to no end. It's not even like the lightning dodge, which, while the bolts are random; you're button pressing is skill. In this, that fucking bird(chocobo) can undermine your every damn move, the balloons can be bitches and be places FAR apart, and those fucking birds(birds) can swoop out of nowhere and fuck you up (admittedly this one MAY just be me) AND if you're REALLY unlucky, like I seem to be, it'll be all damn 3 the vast majority of the time. Sorry bout the rant, just spent awhile on that game till I gave up, just don't feel like wasting another minute doing it. Everyone else have fun.
If you can dodge 100 livhtning bolts in a row you can 100% this game. I still have my ps2 memory card with 220 hours and everything killed and unlocked. I regret nothing. X-2... I refuse to speak of that game.
Quick hit being basically mandatory kinda made this stuff boring and disappointing to me, when I did this first time I had yuna in rotation to use aeons as a shield for his turn, when you have all aeons and are up to 99k damage you can kill him just before he ever gets a shot at your players, helps to get a passado or 2 from the little sting magus sister
Why does everything look like it's been sped up? Is there some kind of item or ability that makes everyone move faster? Or is it that you have a better processor?
All of his characters' armor has auto-haste on it. Keeps everyone in Haste status all the time. You can use the "Customize" option in the menu to add it, if you have a lot of Chocobo Wings. There are all sorts of guides for hyper-maxing your characters and getting them the best weapons and armor. This is a very deep game when you get into the Superbosses.
Just today I finished FFX HD on PS4 and my playtime was over 100+ hours. My sphere grid was only 30% filled. How did you maxed all characters stats with only 131:20 of playtime? I did you speed run the story like 5 hours: defeated Yunalesca, got the ship, collected all celestial weapons and grinded in Omega Ruins/Arena for the next 126 hours?
mc lovin I concur. Nemesis can wipe you but Penance can literally ruin everything the moment his arms get a turn. One fuck up can give you a game over on penance. Nemesis has a few errors you can make and still win.
So my question is how in God's Green Earth did this Nemesis dude go from being the toughest enemy in Final Fantasy 10-2 being a complete and total pushover in Final Fantasy 10-2🤔🤔🤔

In case if you didn't find your answer: Get weapons with Triple AP, then craft overrive > AP , Triple/Double AP and set the overdrive to Comrade (Basically every time when Ally takes damage your overdrive fills), hence more AP (exp). I used to get like 99 levels in 2-3 minutes of battle. Levels are not the problem here.
@@markblackburn2343 no its not lol, in the ps2 version about every other time it used ultima it would use ultra spark, followed by armageddon which it never used in the remaster,in the ps2 version you basically had to use Yuna and summons as decoys to take the hit from armageddon cause it did over 100k damage.That was the only way to beat it and we are talking about players with 40k health aka my players.ultima,ethreal cannon and ultraspark did about 5x less damage on the remaster with super mighty G buff and my ps2 version players have max stats and a filled out sphere grid completely.Ive beat this boss on the remaster with way weaker players than my ps2 version.As a matter of fact you had to time its ultraspark followed by armageddon with sacrificing a summon or....game over.Cause auto life only works once when its been cast and there is no turns for your players when its followed by armageddon
Just because you had a harder time against it on the ps2 version doesn't mean it was made easier the boss is exactly the same, the same attributes, same health, and same attacks.
@@markblackburn2343 i dont think you understood what I said lol.My players on the ps2 version were 10x more powerful then the ones I used on the remaster and it was way easier on the remaster to beat this boss cause its simply a much easier fight,not to mention my players in the remaster were significantly weaker..if nemesis was this easy on the ps2 version I would have downed him in around 10 turns.If he used these same players in the remaster fight in the video against the ps2 version of nemesis he would last about 6 turns before nemesis obliterated his players.Well because he cant lol, the ps2 version of nemesis uses armageddon and ultra spark right after each other with a significant damage boost and also uses auto attack 25% of the time so if hes hit he auto attacks back without using his turn and his hits do way more damage.This nemesis on the remaster here is about as easy as the Ultima Breaker in the monster arena on the ps2 version.Take what Im saying as true lol cause I have played and beaten both of the version of the game

No its not Omega Weapon has a massive weakness it follows a specific attack pattern so you can predict what to do next against it. Its probably the easiest super boss in the whole final fantasy series.

How are any bosses challenging in any way when you have autolife? Any party member downed just revives so where is the difficulty? Seems to completely break the game from what ive seen
Hyper mighty G casts autolife for one time. You will see a ring on the character head when cast. It is necessary since some boss do damage enough to instant ko from full Hp. Also the challenging part is to get to max stats.
When I fought Nemesis, he would often use two attacks in a row that would wipe out my entire party. The time between the two attacks was so short, I had to get Rikku's speed insanely high to be able to re-cast Auto-Life before getting wiped out the second time. (I didn't have maxed out stats, despite putting well-over 200 hours into the game.) Auto-Life is overpowered against pretty much any other enemy, but not against Nemesis.
If auto life wasn’t a thing this guy would be pretty much impossible to beat since he has two attacks that can completely wipe your party out even at max stats. Ultra spark and Armageddon.
ive tried so many times to get into ff10, but the terrible voice acting, and summons and magic looking subpar i just cant, i mean ff9 ff8 and ff7 all have more cool magics and summons and music for that matter then ff10, i mean just look at ice magic and bolt magic and compare it with the other games, it feels so low budget in ff10 compared ot the other games. last time i played i quit after we fired cannons at sin, the boss you face there just feelt so underwhelming and boring. the music was shit, and the whole scene gave no sense of danger really. and seymour voice acting being totaly fuckt up and out of place to.

HD versión has an option to max all your stats with a single button.

Break hp also uses an armor slot that can be used for something more beneficial. I never use break hp limit, o.p armor and max stats is all you need.
