@@BenScrannage There's always been one, you just gotta know where to look. For example, speaking of New Super Mario Bros. Wii, the very next game after that is Super Mario Galaxy, because NSMBW ends with the exact letter Peach sends to Mario at the beginning of Galaxy. That said, I'm pretty sure that there are a lot of other games that take place between Jr.'s Journey and NSMBW. Based on how characters react to certain things, it's implied that Jr.'s Journey is not only the first time that Bowser has become gigantic since his childhood (in the Yoshi games), but also the first time he's ever become Dry Bowser, which would place Jr.'s Journey before even NSMBDS. If you want more details, look up the timeline by Sean D. Walsh, which thoroughly lays out pretty much every Mario, Yoshi, Wario, *and* DK game ever made into one massive timeline with mountains of evidence behind every placement. Personally, I don't think it's *perfect* (namely because of some stuff regarding King Boo), but it's still the best Mario timeline ever made by a landslide.

I’ve never played the Bowser’s Minions/Bowser Jr Journey’s side modes, but I like what they tried to do. Commanding an army of enemies to do battle sounds fun, and from what I can tell there’s a surprising amount of character-driven moments too. It’s nice to see that they’re still trying to continue the story of those even if it’s not a dedicated side mode.
I always imagined a game where you could explore Bowser’s kingdom as Mario, but they’re allies, or at least on peaceful terms, and the Koopalings are Shopkeepers or something, where you can explore their personalities.
The fact that we have gotten the return of Mario and Luigi series, a good paper Mario game (even if it’s just a remake), AND super Mario RPG in the span of a year makes me so happy. I hope we see new entries to all these games! Also does anyone think Nintendo returned to all 3 series to see which one fans would be interested in returning to more? Like a silent test?
I worry about that. One of the justifications after PM lost its RPG mechanics was that M&L was the main Mario RPG series, so PM couldn't also have RPG mechanics. While I'm not really affected since I liked TOK despite its issues, like M&L more than PM, and selfishly feel that PM's community could be taken down a peg or two (especially from their treatment of M&L over the years as 'objectively inferior'), it's definitely a tenuous rule that I hope they'll sort out and realize both series coexisted just fine before their weird Mario Mandates rules. I suppose the IP protection team had a fit after how much insane, off-the-wall OC creation and certified Weird Fetish (TM) stuff happened in TTYD/SPM and M&L respectively, but even that only affects originality, not RPG mechanics. Plus, Brothership and the mountains of scrapped content in TOK's postgame museum seem to indicate some resistance to the rule or even some light at the end of the tunnel...
Super Mario RPG's sequel is Paper Mario. That's what turned into it. I wonder if they'd even be able to get the licenses to make another one to be honest.
Personally, I firmly believe that both the Paper Mario series and Mario & Luigi series can and should co-exist. There's no good reason for one to thrive at the expense of the other, because both offer very different takes on the RPG genre. As such, I hope they're willing to let both continue on.
If I wanna play BIS, I play the original one, because the DS art style is more charming and more nostalgic because it was the first Mario game I played, but I absolutely ADORE Bowser Jr.’s Journey 🙏
For me, the sound design in the remake is what ruins it for me, it just lacks impact and personality a lot of the time. Don't get me wrong, the SOUNDTRACK is absolutely fantastic, but the sound effects and voice clips along with all the other tiny things the game gets wrong just wrecks the vibe for me.
played brothership. Ngl, it was peak of peak, literally the peak of peak that ever peaked. The story's gotta be one of the best since bowser's inside story, especially with how relevant the ending climax is to a growing majority of people nowadays. I only wish they devled more into the negative effects of what isolation can do to people as to why having strong bonds is important in the first place, that would make the whole thing come full circle and probably one of the best climactic finale's for any mario rpg, ever.
They GOTTA add a coop mode where one player plays as Luigi and the other as Mario. That would be the selling point for me 😆 I do like how they are handling the story though. Looks like a good direction from what I have seen.
I was hoping for this too after me and my brother played MLSS multi-player by having us have two controllers linked to the same input, i would play Luigi and him Mario, and we'd even do bros attacks and out of battle moves like that too. It's an experience I recommend if you've got a friend and a MLSS 3ds emulator.
loved the story of minion quest (im biased though, goomba is my favorate mario species. im a goomba at heart) and i love this underdog story. this is the best use of generic minions design. also. 100% right. BJJ is probably the best mario story ever told.
I will forever defend, both Minion Quest and Jr’s Journey Story, Character Dialogue, Gameplay (Yes I defend this games Gameplay) Everything about them has such a great charm to it and it’s so good to fit with both of the games story And don’t even get me started on the music in the side stories, even if lack there of songs they all are great ESPECIALLY Jr’s Theme during Boss Battles, it’s LITERALLY THE THEME OF CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT Glad BrotherShip will still mention it even if many people still didn’t like it or play it they still do it because few people like me did enjoy it for everything it brung along Also hey! Bowser Jr fan right here too
A little late, but I gotta say it, I was not ready for how peak Bowser Jr's Journey was. It is the single greatest piece of character development I think I've seen out of the Mario franchise. Kamek playing a big role in Jr's change was nice, especially as Jr's technical grandfather, but I gotta be honest, big credit also has to go to Morton. Bowser told the Koopalings "Jr's a good kid, he just needs guidance" and Morton understood the assignment. He did everything for Jr, and remembering that kindness was the final push Jr needed. Morton is easily my favorite Koopaling now.
You did more of a better analysis than IGN. They sucked at the Transformers One review, you trunkled their asses (aka kick their asses extremely hard) and proved to me IGN aint shit. Looks like I will be getting Mario and Luigi Brotherhood since it looks lighthearted. >3
With Bowser junior being one of my favourite mario characters, Bowser's inside story being one of my favourite games, and with myself having greatly enjoyed Bowsers Minions, there was no way I wasn't getting my hands on the remake when it released. And I'm glad Bowser Jr is being included in anything again, as it felt like there was a period of time where nintendo just forgot about him until Bowsers Fury.
I played these side modes to completion a few days ago, after ignoring them on my initial playthroughs of the remakes. Honestly really mediocre if im gonna be honest, hated the gameplay mostly because of the fact that you were forced to grind a LOT. The best parts were the story for sure. Honestly worth playing through the game for those small cutscenes inbetween. Honestly the best way to experience the side modes is by watching the cutscenes on yt. Anyways, I'm excited for brothership! Thank you so much for being a beacon of hope for the M&L community when things got dire. I'd like to think that because of you we were able to get another M&L game. I will never forget how loud I screamed when I saw brothership get announced during that june direct. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU, LIZARDY! Hope you get to enjoy brothership as well!
"you're forced to grind a lot"??? Sounds like skill issue to me. Maybe outside of the super-hard optional stages and BJJ's final boss, I never had to grind ever.
Hoi, I'm a Paper Mario fan who likes all of the games and won't bitch about Sticker Star at any given opportunity. I also am a Bowser Jr fan. My 1st time into to M&L was likely a Superstar Saga demo YEARS ago that I forgot about until I saw the game and kinda remembered about it. My first, official M&L game I owned was BiS. Personally, the worst one for me to start with for obvious reasons and it kinda delayed me for years to own another M&L (I did get a 3DS late and want Dream Team by stores didn't have it by the time I wanted it and had Paper Jam). When I was in the mood to try M&L way more, I managed to get a used copy of Paper Jam and honestly, I needed that game to warm me back up to the franchise after a first got great impression for a game of theirs I owned and then I finally got a used copy of DT. Despite my feelings with BiS and it effecting me, I still looked into Superstar Saga, PiT, and tried to watch one person both DT and PJ before feeling like their videos weren't hooking me to see the game through them. Now, a friend of mine who loves M&L wants to show me Jr's journey because I love him and while I haven't yet, I find this video and see bits and pieces that I've skimmed reading before. Now M&L to me, is a complicated case. I zig zag a lot on things I like and things that I don't. I've butted heads with telling folks how I don't like certain things about M&L, to trolling how I'd trade my BiS copy for Sticker Star (which I'm serious but context is I'm giving it to a friend who lost their OG copy) and was also bummed that, AlphaDream went bankrupt despite having issues, But even I disagreed with the claim that M&L can't be serious and said "Partners in Time did have funny moments but the overall tone was so serious." and also I, a PM fan would sooner say "I don't expect them to because that isn't what they usually do." not saying they can't, I just don't expect it with how M&L can usually operate. and nodded when you brought up PiT as well. Even when M&L was in hibernation, I felt like if PM was still going, it was a matter of when, not an if. (Mind you I said this long before SMRPG Remake was public knowledge.) So imagine my shit eating grin proven right and seeing one of my other M&L loving friends losing their shit. Like I have settled that, while there's things I like about M&L, I don't think it's personally for me and that's fine. However, I'm also the kind of person to try games or look into them to see why people give a damn in the first place. Now we get to Brothership. Due to classes and personal feelings with M&L, I've mostly kept it in mind to talk about here and there with friends but often forget when it's going to release or it's gonna soon. But either way, us Bowser Jr fans are winning in the RPGs, lmao Thanks for the video and sorry for the long comment, clearly I can talk about about stuff like this, pfft
Yep. I've seen countless positive reviews from other sites and RUclipsrs. Doesn't matter in the end for me because I pre-ordered the game months ago. I can't wait to get my hands on it.
The details he gave sound mostly fair (framerate? lol, lmao even), but I agree 5 is insultingly low, some people claim that this is 'being honest' and 'removing the Nintendo bump'...bruh
@@captainkawaii666 Reviewing games for major outlets is a thankless, soul-sucking, even outright detested job...so why do you think they would still do it long-term if they weren't enjoying something or having fun somehow? It's real people making these reviews, you know, not AI fakery, no matter how much you or I disagree.
The fact that they put the Bowser’s Inside Story remake on the 3ds when it was nearing the end of its life was a really bad move. If they would have made it for the switch, it probably would have sold better.
While I love the story of Minion Quest and the Captains being my favourite characters, I do admit Jr’s Journey was a greater story. I continue to pray for the Captains make a return in a future entry.
I feel like the IGN reviewer didn’t even make it to the Bro system the way he talked about the game. Didn’t UFO around, didn’t roll around, didn’t shot fire and ice from from afar, didn’t use the bros attacks or got good at using them, didn’t understand the plug system. Just first lighthouse and review.
Honestly, Bowser Jr. feels like they would be perfectly at home in the Mario&Luigi games. Like as you said, he had character development that was amazing to see. Honestly kinda hoped that we got more of it
The story was good in Bowser's Jr Journey, but I cannot enjoy the Koopalings being portrayed as mere minions, it's insulting to what they used to be. They should have been portrayed as Junior's brothers and sister as well as Bowser's other kids. All that potential ruined because of a whim Miyamoto had.
I think it’s better this way, having that many kids would lessen the interactions Bowser had with Jr in Sunshine, as well as Jr as a stand-alone character like when he asks for help in Bowser’s Fury Plus, Bowser’s armies desperately needed some recognizable generals that weren’t just a random enemy but bigger or a different color, the Koopalings fill that role perfectly
@@quisait5794 They could just be both his children and his generals, it makes even less sense for Bowser to choose random children/teenagers as generals unless they were his kids. With Bowser Jr as his favorite child: that could have been an interesting rivalry dynamic between Ludwig the oldest and Jr the youngest.
Lmao there are still people salty that them being Bowser's kids was retconned??? It's been more than 20 years, get over it. The change was made when the Koopalings still barely were characters, and only for the role of Bowser's kid to be replaced by one that fits the role better, partly by being only child. Not accepting that already is a good amount of clownery, but to add on top that without that the Koopalings are "mere minions" as if they clearly were high-ranking or anything more special than a random goomba, and acting as if not being family made Jr. and the Koopalings lack any bond - especially when the entire point of Bowser's army is that the king respects all his minions and that the prince has to learn to do that too - and "ruining potential" (as if Jr. having 7 literal siblings would impact much stuff lol (well to be fair it would have an impact of making Bowser and Jr.'s relation less well as it works way better with Junior being an only child)) ... Oh boi, is that the entire circus?
Honestly I feel like they should take another crack at a bowser jr side mode. Hell maybe make it its own game. I mean commanding troops into battle is probably the only way we can get a proper bowser/jr centered game
I don't get why Nintendo hasn't remade _Bowser's Minions_ and _Bowser Jr.'s Journey_ into mobile games. That'd work so well probably (maybe except in sales).
4:24 I mean even dream team's story was pretty alright too. Other than the main plot, the whole game was about luigi fighting past his fears and stepping up to save his big bro. Every time I look back at those moments from dream team, I can see the amount of broship those two have, no matter what circumstances, they'll always stick out, and be there for each other.
No spoilers, but you'll be happy to know you are very correct. Bowser Jr. gets his own little chapter, a little time in the spotlight. I won't say too much, but he becomes VERY important near the end of the game. It's really sweet, you'll see. :)
I really liked the Bowser Jr's journey side mode. I really like the tactical style gameplay more than the main inside story gameplay. I also felt like the story was more engaging than inside story's which I think dragged out too much. I finished Bowser jr's journey earlier on in my playthrough of Bowser's inside story. I still haven't beat the main mode of Bowser's inside story. I got stuck at the fawful bossfight and kinda gave up, trying to beat it again here and there. I probably got stuck even more times in bowser jr's journey, but it was way more fun to try again and I really wanted to see how the story would end, so i did. I don't really care to see how Bowser's inside story ends anymore.
The best way to describe brothership is Wind Waker. If you didn't like Wind Waker you won't like this game. I currently love Brothership, yes it's a bit too bloated, but not by that much. I'm currently just starting Act 4 after 22 hours making sure to 100% everything along the way.
See, my opinion is that Nintendo forced them to do the remake after the success of the SS remake. I loved the side modes, but I agree that the remake wasn't necessary, and yet I don't find Alpha Dream at fault here. I can't wait to see more Bowser Jr
When I first got Inside Story’s remake, I knew nothing about Mario and Luigi and I just got it because I was bored and wanted to get a new Mario game, I played it, loved it, got DT, SS+BM, PJ, then PiT…and the very last game I played was Bowser Jr’s Journey, I always found it as just a silly side mode with nothing interesting to offer Boy was I wrong
did you know, in Bowser Junior's Journey, each Koopaling and Kamek has a different thing they say when you fight the Best Fitness Friends -final boss form. Heck, I'd say the final boss of Bowser Junior's Journey is better than the original game. Like they went out of their way to make each Koopaling and Kamek have a unique comment before the final battle against the BFF. ruclips.net/video/o29W74OQsdI/видео.html As a bonus, I always found the final dialogue right before the Final boss fight in Bowser Junior's Journey to be so deep. Honestly, those who haven't seen it, please go check it out. (you can probably look up Bowser Junior's Journey Final Boss) Also, I find the music in that boss theme, especially when Bowser Junior says "All-right, so, Plan M... It's just the proud Minion spirit!" Right when he says that... that's when the fight gets Epic and good. And the fact it makes clones of the Koopalings for the final battle, so you (if you choose to have the Koopalings with you, are battling it out against them, it's an intense fight. Oh, and the music goes from a solid Boss theme (better than the base games for me (tbh), to a really solid Final Boss theme.) If anything, I feel like the remake deserves more people to check out purely for the side mode.
Honestly as unnecessary as the remake was I still appreciated it, it's nice visual and audio improvement with some nice tweaking. I like both versions nonetheless.
Would you say you preferred the Elite Trio's development more in BiS or in the side mode? Great video, I haven't played the side modes but they definitely seem highly underrated, especially when you touched on the M&L series definitely taking itself seriously when it wants to (not to mention, the whole point of M&L is to not be PM, which can take itself overly seriously at points).
We honestly need a more fleshed out version of the Bowser's Minions games, all they need to do is to just rework the combat system and they would have struck Golden Bowser Statues right then and there
Nintendo already has Advance Wars, Fire Emblem, Mario + Rabbids and Pikmin though. Do they have anywhere else they could possibly expand any kind of new strategy game, especially one's that not really self-contained to its own series, relying on M&L knowledge? I guess I could see some kind of remake collection for the two modes packaged together as a test for Acquire, but I'm not sure how they would market or present that, considering both games are relatively recent, sold poorly, look good enough as is and are a bit short and shallow compared to those other strategy games.
@vdpt9911 I mean I don't really care about all that I'd rather have a Bowser game than nothing at this point even if the marketing appeal and profitability low
@@ericwijaya2119 Oh yeah that's fair. A lot of people say that, completely ignoring Bowser's legendary writing and gameplay in BiS and the rest of the first 3 PM games and entire M&L series. Currently I'm hesitant on how they write Bowser though, as it still seems a little restricted or hesitant compared to those entries (they even censored him a bit in the TTYD remake), so I would want both series to hit their stride again in that department, creatively and commercially, so that no one makes a dud and dooms the idea afterwards.
@@vdpt9911 I mean it's not necessarily ignorance, moreso blind desperation. Considering they've written Bowser rather well for both the actual games he shows up in and the promotional skits that put him on the spotlight (e.g. Nintendo Switch Parental Controls) I doubt they'd stop at the hypothetical Bowser game, and hell, even a good majority of Bowser game fanatics I've seen do agree that the appeal of a Bowser game is partly carried because of how well written he is in the RPGs. But I can understand the concern since again, we're so desperate for a Bowser game at this point some of us may not even consider writing as a major player in this regard. Although it's kinda hard to necessarily fault since every major Mario character aside from Waluigi has had at least one game, and considering Bowser is such an almost universal fan-favorite it's strange that he's never gotten any sort of proper game at all. I mean it could be attributed to the fact that he's Mario's main antagonist which assuming it is is prolly bs reasoning because one, Wario literally got 2 franchises' worth of games, and two you already have two bases in Minion Quest and Bowser Jr's Journey so I call bs at the idea that they're even remotely disinterested. Besides, it's not like the idea of a game where you play as the bad guy hasn't been explored before, for instance, look at Overlord, Nefarious, and any other Dungeon Keeper-likes on Steam. And if we count rom hacks, look at Pokemon FireRed Rocket Edition. I guess it could be argued that the reason it'd flop is because it appeals to a very niche audience but considering Nintendo operates on a production system where they put the fun of a game above substantial profit gains, I'm not sure that'd be a problem. TL;DR writing is probably the least of the worries here but not exactly the most worrying aspect of it all, and the people who think that are probably just super desperate for a Bowser game to exist to such a degree they prolly forgot how major a player writing is on Bowser's appeal character wise
Jr. Journey was unplayable to me. No matter what i did i would always loose very early on and because it felt the same way the last minion side mode felt i just stopped caring
The biggest problem with the remix is the time and the console exhausting Bowser inside story is not that old game to remake you can still play it on the 3DS because of the backward compatibility Nintendo DS a people waited new player new game and not a remake and partner in time is deserve more the remake

That would be the selling point for me 😆
I do like how they are handling the story though.
Looks like a good direction from what I have seen.
I was hoping for this too after me and my brother played MLSS multi-player by having us have two controllers linked to the same input, i would play Luigi and him Mario, and we'd even do bros attacks and out of battle moves like that too. It's an experience I recommend if you've got a friend and a MLSS 3ds emulator.
loved the story of minion quest (im biased though, goomba is my favorate mario species. im a goomba at heart)
and i love this underdog story. this is the best use of generic minions design.
also. 100% right. BJJ is probably the best mario story ever told.

I agree
I will forever defend, both Minion Quest and Jr’s Journey
Story, Character Dialogue, Gameplay (Yes I defend this games Gameplay)
Everything about them has such a great charm to it and it’s so good to fit with both of the games story
And don’t even get me started on the music in the side stories, even if lack there of songs they all are great ESPECIALLY Jr’s Theme during Boss Battles, it’s LITERALLY THE THEME OF CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT
Glad BrotherShip will still mention it even if many people still didn’t like it or play it they still do it because few people like me did enjoy it for everything it brung along
Also hey! Bowser Jr fan right here too
true allies really are with you for life.
2 uploads a day is crazy
had to lock in
@lizard.y lol did we get the rest of the 2024 lizardy videos all in one day?
Bowser’s Minion’s & Bowser Jr Journey are underrated the character development story are amazing
You did more of a better analysis than IGN.
They sucked at the Transformers One review, you trunkled their asses (aka kick their asses extremely hard) and proved to me IGN aint shit.
Looks like I will be getting Mario and Luigi Brotherhood since it looks lighthearted. >3
I give this comment a 7.8/10
Comment has too much truth.
@@Irreve-rsiblebut it has a little something for everyone?!?!??
❤❤❤
"you're forced to grind a lot"??? Sounds like skill issue to me. Maybe outside of the super-hard optional stages and BJJ's final boss, I never had to grind ever.
I knew that was a Bowser Jr’s Journey reference. It’s great to see them remember that game
I remember when my mom played the M&L Dream Team Demo on my 3ds. She had so much fun playing. Good times.
I've butted heads with telling folks how I don't like certain things about M&L, to trolling how I'd trade my BiS copy for Sticker Star (which I'm serious but context is I'm giving it to a friend who lost their OG copy) and was also bummed that, AlphaDream went bankrupt despite having issues,
But even I disagreed with the claim that M&L can't be serious and said "Partners in Time did have funny moments but the overall tone was so serious." and also I, a PM fan would sooner say "I don't expect them to because that isn't what they usually do." not saying they can't, I just don't expect it with how M&L can usually operate. and nodded when you brought up PiT as well.
But either way, us Bowser Jr fans are winning in the RPGs, lmao
Thanks for the video and sorry for the long comment, clearly I can talk about about stuff like this, pfft
IGN giving Brothership a 5 is criminal
Yep. I've seen countless positive reviews from other sites and RUclipsrs. Doesn't matter in the end for me because I pre-ordered the game months ago. I can't wait to get my hands on it.
IGN hates fun
The details he gave sound mostly fair (framerate? lol, lmao even), but I agree 5 is insultingly low, some people claim that this is 'being honest' and 'removing the Nintendo bump'...bruh
@@captainkawaii666 Reviewing games for major outlets is a thankless, soul-sucking, even outright detested job...so why do you think they would still do it long-term if they weren't enjoying something or having fun somehow? It's real people making these reviews, you know, not AI fakery, no matter how much you or I disagree.
@@vdpt9911 Fair point
I saw the part that that frame is talking about... yeah it is worth it.
Yap ends at 5:00
Thanks, I didn’t wanna listen to all that
The fact that they put the Bowser’s Inside Story remake on the 3ds when it was nearing the end of its life was a really bad move. If they would have made it for the switch, it probably would have sold better.
You turned out to be right about Bowser Jr development in Brothership given his friendship with Buddy.
I’m still waiting for a bowser game. It’s probably never going to happen but I would like to keep some hope
Since Peach was able to get 2 games, I have hope
While I love the story of Minion Quest and the Captains being my favourite characters, I do admit Jr’s Journey was a greater story.
I continue to pray for the Captains make a return in a future entry.
I feel like the IGN reviewer didn’t even make it to the Bro system the way he talked about the game. Didn’t UFO around, didn’t roll around, didn’t shot fire and ice from from afar, didn’t use the bros attacks or got good at using them, didn’t understand the plug system. Just first lighthouse and review.
I cant believe I actually gonna play a game day 1. I will buy the game tomorrow.
That's what fanfiction is for :).
@@georgemeyers7172That’s not really the point lmao 😭💀
I think it’s better this way, having that many kids would lessen the interactions Bowser had with Jr in Sunshine, as well as Jr as a stand-alone character like when he asks for help in Bowser’s Fury
Plus, Bowser’s armies desperately needed some recognizable generals that weren’t just a random enemy but bigger or a different color, the Koopalings fill that role perfectly
A minor thing.
Bowser's Inside Story for 3DS was actually a great game, as Demeech said. It's the marketing that is the issue. The BIG issue.
I don't get why Nintendo hasn't remade _Bowser's Minions_ and _Bowser Jr.'s Journey_ into mobile games. That'd work so well probably (maybe except in sales).
YES FINALLY VINDICATION FOR THIS GAME
This is why Bowser Jr is one of my top favorite Mario characters!
I'd be down for a Bowser Jr. and Koopalings DLC.
One of the biggest issues I’m having with brother ship so far is that all the dialog is very Pokémon in a bad way
See, my opinion is that Nintendo forced them to do the remake after the success of the SS remake. I loved the side modes, but I agree that the remake wasn't necessary, and yet I don't find Alpha Dream at fault here. I can't wait to see more Bowser Jr
When I first got Inside Story’s remake, I knew nothing about Mario and Luigi and I just got it because I was bored and wanted to get a new Mario game, I played it, loved it, got DT, SS+BM, PJ, then PiT…and the very last game I played was Bowser Jr’s Journey, I always found it as just a silly side mode with nothing interesting to offer
Boy was I wrong
This will be the one and only day you will be able to say "Happy Brothership Eve"
HAPPY BROTHERSHIP EVE!!! :DD
Now that BIS got a remake, we can get a PIT remake for the switch 2 in the style of brothership!
Kind of random for this video, but imagine they make DLC like the Bowser's Minions/Bowser Jr's Journey add ons.
Lore of The Single Frame That Sold Me on Mario & Luigi: Brothership momentum 100
did you know, in Bowser Junior's Journey, each Koopaling and Kamek has a different thing they say when you fight the Best Fitness Friends -final boss form.
Heck, I'd say the final boss of Bowser Junior's Journey is better than the original game. Like they went out of their way to make each Koopaling and Kamek have a unique comment before the final battle against the BFF.
ruclips.net/video/o29W74OQsdI/видео.html
As a bonus, I always found the final dialogue right before the Final boss fight in Bowser Junior's Journey to be so deep. Honestly, those who haven't seen it, please go check it out. (you can probably look up Bowser Junior's Journey Final Boss) Also, I find the music in that boss theme, especially when Bowser Junior says "All-right, so, Plan M... It's just the proud Minion spirit!"
Right when he says that... that's when the fight gets Epic and good.
I like both versions nonetheless.
i wanna see bowser junior develop more friends, maybe even his own little supporting cast!
If only they had made the side modes an actual Bowser Jr game, an RTS with Mario Characters would have been so good
ign sucks too much and video games to reach and appreciate this moment
Epic
I can't understand why they made it so you'd want to punch Buddy every time he was on screen
Game hasn’t even been out for more than an hour chill bro
Jr. Journey was unplayable to me. No matter what i did i would always loose very early on and because it felt the same way the last minion side mode felt i just stopped caring
always remember guys
whatever IGN says its wrong
Ive played more bowsers minions/bowser jr then the actual remakes
i really wish bowser jrs journey was not part of a mediocre remake but its own thing
When will they rerelease this for Nintendo switch?!
I dont think it was bowser Jr's story is why alphadreams closed down
Why would you need to be sold on a Mario & Luigi game????
Joke
I only watched let's plays and I think Minion's quest had better writing.
Man who's never experienced friendship before feels emotion
The biggest problem with the remix is the time and the console exhausting Bowser inside story is not that old game to remake you can still play it on the 3DS because of the backward compatibility Nintendo DS a people waited new player new game and not a remake and partner in time is deserve more the remake
