@@aur9035 no. Being physically fit and looking physically fit are not the same thing. I don’t consider myself to look physically fit but I consider myself to be fit enough. You can be any body shape and not be fit, and you can look most shapes and be fit.

I've worked out since I was 16 and worked as a fitness instructor, and yet watching this video is the first time I've actually wanted a personal trainer. All the ones I've met just talk about getting thin and making muscles bigger and more visible, here's someone who actually talks about health and injury prevention and how to hold yourself in ways that protect the body.

I've seen Wakanda Forever several times, with VERY diverse audiences. Everyone cheered when the Dora Milaje came onscreen. Such a strong woman centered film.
