Iverson was amazing. He wasn't gifted with size, but heavily made up for it with heart and talent. People like Shaq and LeBron are great athletes, but owe their success to their size. Iverson was one of the FEW select players that could compete at an MVP level without having a big body.
That would imply Shaq was ever the tallest, biggest or heaviest center. He never was. Shaq had great agility & quickness 4 his size. His prime speed is much much quicker than Jokic's, whose may be the biggest center in the league 2day.
Win or lose Dom Carter just keep those Kobie's babies coming. They are the best well-played games out there. The way he plays his games is amazing, keep elevating himself. His games keep getting better and better. Nobody plays or practice as hard as Kobe does, he gives the fans what they came for and that a game they can remember and talk about, it's never a dull moment with him and the Lakers. AI doesn’t get enough credit for his defence. Yeah he wasn’t much of a stopper 1on1 but he was so incredibly disruptive and kept opponents on their heels all night moving the ball. He was such a persistent threat to steal the ball. Considering how small he was, he really made up for his shortcomings.

I got to meet him one day probably 1-2 years after he retired and the guy is literally a little more than 3/4 my size but pure muscle👀. Iverson was better than Kobe from '96-'06, but Iverson's injuries and off court drama caught up with him and by that time Kobe's game had developed to full blown Mamba status. In '05-'06 Shaq left the lakers and Kobe (for the first time) led the league in scoring. Kobe's career and skillset was much more polished from '06-'16.

Kobe got player of the month just one month out of the entire season. Iverson led the league in steals. Arguably the best player in the league that year was Duncan or McGrady depending on what you're considering.

The problem with playing passing lanes is, it's risky. A.I. didn't give much effort defensively otherwise, so he really wasn't a good defender.
