Shaq was around 28-30 during the three peat which mean he hit his prime in Nba years. Kobe was 21-23 during the three peat, which means he wasn't even in his prime yet. If you can see in this video, you'll recognize that Shaq's post hook and floater was actually almost unguardable because he was so big and strong so when he backs you down, he takes the air out of you.
