The Sixers were probably the worst 1-seed in conference seeding history 😂😂 but I will give them this: for all the grief (some justified) that Allen Iverson got over the course during his playing days, this was BY FAR the best season of his HOF career. He carried an otherwise-lottery caliber roster to the NBA Finals and singlehandedly won G1 in Los Angeles. and realistically, kept this series close until they all collectively ran out of gas.
Iverson at this point was better than Kobe . If you switch Kobe to Philly do they get to the finals with that squad and A.I to Lakers with Shaq Lakers might have more consecutive rings

Not true every game was close except game 4 in this series. For it only being a 5 game series this was one of the most exciting series it could have been.
Highlights can be so misleading sometimes. You think AI torched the Lakers in this game, but he took 30 shots and hit 12 for a horrible 40%. Also, if you take away the superstars from these eras, the teams sucked bad. A bunch of guys who can’t hit shots. Superstars are interchangeable in any era, but the rest of the league, which makes up about 90% of the players, sucked back then, that remaining 90% from today’s game would absolutely murder teams from that era.
Kobe was the closest we will ever get to Jordan guys like LeBron and Curry are in a diff category Ja morant reminds me of Iverson Zion like a bigger LeBron that aint got the exp yet nobody plays like Kobe and Jordan did tho nobody in the nba right now Westbrook in his own category too hes an anomaly
