Empaths are known for their generous hearts which can sometimes lead them to give more than they receive in relationships. These individuals are highly sensitive, with their senses being finely tuned to their surroundings. This sensitivity can sometimes result in an overwhelming experience in crowded places, making it necessary for them to seek solitude, preferably in the serene embrace of nature, for recovery and rejuvenation.
Although all empaths share these distinctive traits, the super empath is a notch above, particularly due to their exceptional intuition. While intuition is a common trait among empaths, in the case of the super empath, this intuitive understanding is remarkably pronounced. This leads them to trust their instincts more than the average empath, and they often find it easier to establish and uphold personal boundaries.
