This is good. One block i would add is 10% tithe of income before tax. Try it and see that God will honor His word.
Wow. Beautiful. I was looking for this. I pray for discipline coz maaaaan....
Tithing sanctifies the rest of your money. This is one principle i would recommend here,Try it and see him providing for you against all odds.

Hi Susan, I am a businessman,
I don't have a Monthly income (No salary )but I have some mandatory spending,
So how do I plan or budget? In business, some months you can go without getting business.
These are my compulsory spending
1. Rent 30k
2. Service charge 5k
3. Office 5k
4. Wifi 1500
5. Airtime 2000
6. Food 15000
7. Baby Diapers 5000
8. Drinking water 1200
9 Electricity 2500
10. Transport 5000
11. Emergency 10,000
Total 85, 700
These are Spendings Only.
What can you advice
what kind of drinking water costs 1200? Do the refilling where 20 liters costs around 120.
Great insights Susan

Hallo Susan & Legacy hub?
Please consider doing a similar lesson on apportioning business income for a starting business.
When starting, apportioning revenue appropriately is king & most suffer on how to pay themselves and still keep the business running especially in the informal sector.
Great content!

Susan I love your prácticas presentation. I have learned that I should pay myself first(savings) and cut down impulse buying and donations. Thank you. I would hope to share my budgetting experience 90 days down the line. This excites me😅
Why don't you scale this video's budget by a factor of 2, and that is your budget. 🤷♂
@@langat007 hiyo scaling na factors ndio hatujui😅
@@langat007 wise😂
@@GloriaNdegwa o my people. Poleni sana. You might have to do more work/research and try and error. Personally, by mandatory bills are around 60% but I only need about 5% for fun most months.
I like it thanks
I recently bumped into your YT presentations and I am thoroughly impressed by your expertise and sharing sound financial strategies. Kindly let me know how to purchase your personal spending budget. Do you also have a business budget?
Susan, with the current cost of living, and different people have different life styles in town, that amount for a Somali family of 6persons in the house hold, you can hardly survive on this budget!! Your budget is for an extreme rural settings in Kenya not for Urban Dwellers. This is why most Kenyans in government offices can hardly retrieve a file for you without giving him or her A tip, because the fellow might have not had breakfast or lunch at his work place. I live in northern Kenya weya we have to buy everything from from sukuma wiki, maize meal to sugar and its paraphanalia, tea being meal number one, in fiscal terms, you are an outright hustler to look for other avenues to make ends meet, Finally we have to practically pray to Allah to open other Gates for the family. Otherwise, your analysis is encouraging, masha Allah.
Hi Hussein, nice you explained that properly. I am a follow UK somali brother thats planning to go Kenya to hopefully meet a somali girl to marry and keep her there.
Just doing my research on cost of living / economy of Kenya. I see it has it's struggled but that's life. We strive to improve.
This channel is wow. I wish I found it mapema. Earning around 50k but sahizi Niko dry and piling debts then on 2st I'll be paying deni like hell. Mid-month I start stress

How can I get personal finance notes? I'm obsessed with personal finance!
What a coincidence? I was just looking forward to breaking down the same amount. You've not mentioned black tax. Can I really use the deficit to bridge that gap?
I love this channel..so much I have learnt from you.
I love ❤ what is happening here
Good content
Awesome ! Can you send the budget template ?
Great video

I have a question on chama money which category do they lie on is it saving and investment ?
You earned a subscription from me🎉
TITHE is the key!
ensure you are tithing to a real church not to the pastor business
House girl is 7k ,food in Nairobi for a family is not less than 600 pd so pm is approx 16000/- school fees for one child per term plus transport not less than 15k so distribute pm it will be 5k, taking a day out for a family will take at least 3k pm.
The budget you have done is for a bachelor, please do it for a family in Nairobi
Punguza starehe 😂 must you have a house girl hapo kwa food its up to you MTU wa mjengo analipwa 600 na bado anakula what does that tells you??? Ata ukitaka food za thao ziko ukitaka its up to you to budget kwa food maybe every meal has some meat you can make meat 2 times in a week, kwa transport to shule kuna watoi wako hii Nrbi they use psv to n back from school na kuna wenye huitiwa TAX kila siku just know where to fit depending with your earnings so that you can be able to save something, usikae life ya wengine mapato haitoshani (cut unnecessary spending if at all you have some)
