Fernanda Bartra I'm actually from Mexico and being back in Mexico for a few years and I disagree with you, in my experience in other parts of the world they have made our our food so much unhealthier but if you actually lived here you would realise that we eat a lot of fresh thinks, lots of fruit and vegetables and if living on the coast fresh seafood. Now there are some fattening foods (without counting the munchies) like in any culture, but like I said, I strongly disagree that most of our foods are unhealthy. I lived in the states when I was in school and honestly, Mexican food over there and made by Hispanic/Mexican people isn't like at home in Mexico (and over Europe is the same), so don't talk about the whole Mexican cuisine if you don't even know it... tacos, tortas, tamales, enchiladas and burritos aren't the only dishes and even the ones here are even healthier. It's not the same to eat 6 tacos here than over there and like I already said we have many more options, we have hundreds of dishes (you can look it up on google, the Mexican cuisine is considered a world heritage by the Unesco).

I love how uncomplicated these tips are. I wanted to add to your "flavor" tips: if you're not a fan of water flavor, or if you're a fan of strong flavors, squeezing lemon on things or grating lemon into your veggies & chicken & avocado & soup (not all soups, but some of them!) And different flavors of vinegars are awesome to make your own dressings- not just for salad. It really makes a difference in how enjoyable veggies are if they've got a good drizzle or marinade.
I just love you you have really helped me to be fit I hated working out but through your work out videos on icon UK as well on your own channel I really learn a lot thank you so much I see myself much better now and the one thing that you say the results will be worth keeps me going you're just AWESOME ❤

Nafia Maliat My mom used to buy healthy stuff like fruits and veggies but now she's given up and has started going back to buying what she used to which is basically various meat (mainly chicken, pork chops, and hamburg) and then a shit ton of pasta. 98% of what my mom makes for dinner is some kind of pasta with meat thrown in and it actually makes me sick bc my mom basically drowns the meat in garlic powder. And the other 2% is usually undercooked pork chops that could give me salmonella if I ate them.

I love this girl! I'm not an athlete but I have always been thin and therefore never had any inclination to work out. I was the type who could pretty much eat anything and never gain weight. UNTIL, a few years after my daughter was born. I pretty much lost the baby weight automatically, because I was very young when I had her. But by the time I was 27 I realized how fast I was gaining weight. And so I began to look for quick crash diets to drop a few kilos fast (bad idea) because I was toooo lazy to exercise. But after doing a ton of crash diets and experimenting with my body way too much, I have realized (the hard way) that as you age, exercise is the only thing keeping you in shape. And sad as it may seem, there are no short cuts (no healthy ones at least). Danielle's videos are so much fun and are literally the only reason I exercise. I CANNOT do the gym thing with the 1 hour workout that a lot of people do. All her videos are so quick and easy to fit in to your day. Which is exactly what I need with a kid and a full time job. how bout you try a cakePutting together a great cake batter is no simple task, so it's a good idea to know what to look for when checking to make sure your cake has baked properly. Instead of just relying on the clock, here are a few other indicators that your cake is done: A cake is fully baked when a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean, or with a few dry crumbs. If the toothpick appears wet with batter, then the cake is not done baking. Try baking for another few minutes before checking again. When done, the surface of the cake should spring back after being gently pressed with a fingertip. In some cases, the sides of the cake will start to pull away from the pan when done. Be careful, though - if the cake shrinks too much, then it might be on it's way to being overbaked
This is what it's about. All you have to do is replace the things you eat now, with a healthier version. I think it's all about substitution. Everyone uses the excuse "I don't want to change my diet because I will have to stop eating things I like" that's not true. You can still eat pizza, just make it yourself and use healthier ingredients. You can still have burgers and fries, just eat a homemade turkey burger and sweet potatoe fries. Chips, candy, etc? Make your own chips, eat fruit instead of candy. Or if you need junk food, eat it vegan. So much healthier. Also, people say it's sooo expensive. Yeah the prices are higher for healthy foods, but you won't eat as much bc you will feel full and energized after. So you're actually saving money. People spend so much money on junk food. Everyone makes living a healthy lifestyle much more complicated than it actually is. It's actually really simple and worth it.

me mam quir sugar, basically anything where one of the ingredients was sugar, about a year and a half ago, and she introduced a lot of these into the household at about that time. ive loved just plain sweet potato ever since i was little, i just pop it into the mic for 8 minutes and then peel and eat it. plus, avocado is lovely, and i dip a lot of my vegetables in hummus. absolutely loved watching the video though!!

Hello Danielle! I just want some advices from you about getting slim and stay slim. I started to eat healthy and less and starting running and making exercises. But, I don't want to do this my entire life because, I will be tired at some point. And now I am afraid if I will eat again more than now and stop making exercises, I will gain that fat again. Hope you will answer and sorry for my English. Btw You are so goals and so beautiful.
You wont be tired bc you are making a lifestyle change, and exercising gives you energy as well as healthy food, it's important to have balance and moderation, if you keep making healthy changes you will get used to it and it will become easier.
My best friend went 8 years without drinking any water because she hated the taste of it. Her main liquid intake is Mountain Dew and she drinks about 10 or more a day. She's slowly begun to drink more water because her doctor said if she doesn't, she won't have much longer to live. She's gotten up to drinking a full water bottle which is actually a huge step for her.

+D'Yandra Forrester there's nothing in fruit that makes you gain weight. sugar in fruit is not the same as actual sugar. fruit sugar is natural and digested easily. regular sugar is processed and the body does not know what to do with it, and that can turn to fat. you should be a lot more worried about gaining weight from animal fat and oil :) i lost 35lbs by eating mostly fruit. there's so many videos here on youtube which tells you why sugar in fruit won't make you fat.
tips: if you're craving somthing junky, get it vegan if you have the option. it will suffice your craving and is still light /healthier
