i actually really enjoyed this. as a generally healthier person, i always love seeing how other people prepare food and what their nutritional goals are. a tip, if you wanted, for when youre trying to increase your water intake: i drank a gallon of water everyday for a month, and by the end of it, it felt very weird to not have that much water. i actually carried around a one-liter bottle and just drank 4 of them per day, which is actually a little over a gallon. but also, have you thought about doing videos where people are on more of a budget? your videos ate lovely, but im sure a lot of people including myself dont have as much money to spend on more expensive things. just an idea, but yeah. amazing job on the video!!

its not about how little the portions are, its about getting the right amount of nutrients, which it looked like she did, minus the ice cream, everything else seemed to have high levels of protein and good carbs! some bodies are okay with eating a certain amount of calories per meal, even if they seem small! its like me having 4 tbls of nutella, just because it looks like nothing, doesn't mean it doesnt have crazy levels of sugars or carbs :)

You only need 1200 calories of super healthy foods to get the proper amount of nutrients.
