Hey Danielle, can I just say wow, I'm a thirteen year old girl and a few weeks ago, my fitness club shut down, lately I've found it very hard to have the urge to go for a run or do workouts, I've been trying to stay fit lately, especially since my fitness club shut down, and I have a big touch football competition coming up and I need to make sure I need to stay fit and healthy. I've found myself in a period were all I do for my 'workout routine' is spend 20 minutes on the treadmill, and can I just say it's one of the most longest 20 minutes of my life, I had a thought of trying something different and I found this channel. This has been created so well, and proudly I can say that I'm actually excited to do my workout every afternoon, so well done! I can't wait for more fun and exciting routines to come. Losing weight isn't easy especially when one's metabolism is slow. That's my case. This supplement helped boost my metabolism and that just helped me burn fats faster.

Depends on your body!! Never do these workouts by the amount of calories they supposedly burn!! It all depends on your weight, height and your genetics! :)
