@@znyznyzny I had a coworker once who would start her side of almost any conversation with "But what I'm trying to say is..." and I cringed every time I heard her say that to a customer because she made it sound like she thought they weren't listening to her or that they didn't understand what she was saying. I was just waiting for someone to get irritated and walk away.

Probably not the best on to jump in on haha. Most of them are self explanatory or jenna reminds julien that he needs to explain whats going on on screen(idk why not this time) ive noticed that if they arent doing games or some kind of story time youll feel that way. :)
Yoga is my self care! I was never into going to the gym, it was always too intense for my liking and I never tried to branch out and find something for me, I just assumed I wouldn’t be apart of an active lifestyle community. Recently I got into yoga and it honestly changed my life. I struggle with bad anxiety and because of this my energy is either 0 or 100. Yoga helped me slow down, breathe , and actually relax. It’s helped with my anxiety somewhat and my arms are getting *ripped* , lol.
So I agree! Self-care is very important, and it is so interesting to see what everyone does to mend their spirits ❤️
