Paesh - I've had the weirdest experience of all, 1st week i was here i got taken to a rave where a bald man in sunglasses kept couting to 4 first in english then in spanish and it was very confusing, i think even for him cuz he kept asking como? but it got better i tried my hand at snorkling, got to do panty raids on jenna she loves it, theres lots of fun cotton chewables, even yesterday i got to have taco bell, some im saving in juliens issue of people magazine, he'll never look there. member when he thought kim k. was married to jay-z? #neverforget

Parent's seriously need to teach their kids how to interact with dogs appropriately! My fiance and I rescued two German Shepherd mixes in May of last year and they were only a few months old when we got them. We spent a lot of time walking around our old neighborhood with them helping them get their energies out and a little girl down the block ALWAYS wanted to play with them. One day she ran towards our two dogs with a balloon in her hands while we were walking and promptly popped the balloon in their faces. We got SO lucky that our dogs were terrified and hid behind us rather than bit her because we know that both dogs would have been put down for attacking a small child. The girl's mother had been sitting on the front porch of their house watching the entire thing and didn't say anything to reprimand their child and instead had a rude comment for me when I scolded the child. To this day our dogs are terrified of small children and are very wary of new people, whereas before this incident they were friendly towards every one they encountered.
Kristen N - Not odd at all!! My parents taught me the same thing. One of the most important things they taught me was to always give a dog the chance to sniff your hand before you go in to pet it otherwise you can spook it. I'm glad your parents taught you well, if only more parents would!! Dogs are, for the most part, inherently nice creatures but when you spook them they have a natural instinct to protect themselves, as do humans!
My parents didn't teach me anything about dogs. Instead I read about them, and somewhere I read about dog training, so that is how I got to know about it
Reason why I hate kids. Because people suck and can't even care for house plants
+Amy Winkler omg yes! recently my 4 year old cousin came to stay, she kept hitting and throwing things at my dog, my dog was good mainly but if she ever did anything my cousin would scream to it bad girl and she tried to trap my dog under boxes and roar at her i don't know....i mean she is family but thats too far
Yeah its so fucked up my oldest dog is terrified of everyone and is very aggressive towards young kids and adults but not who live in the house when he was a little puppy we took him for a walk at the local part late in the afternoon hoping he could just get to know the area but this little fucking shit ran up to him was like PUPPY PUPPY PUPPY and grabbed him and who we got him from the kids picked them up by the ears and today one of his ears is floppy and one is straight and of cause my cousins came over and stayed recently and those fucking little shits would try and feed out dogs chocolate and grab them we have 2pugs and a jackrussle fox terria and jackrussles are hunting dogs and they do damage and i think i could have killed those kids
Parents not teaching their kids to respect animals and their owners boundaries piss me OFF. It's for the safety of both parties! I used to host pet events when I was working as a pet groomer, and I constantly had to ask people not to try and pick up my dog. Feeding him treats was fine, but no trying to pick him up. My dog is like Kermit, he's scared of everything and everyone to a degree. And oh my rage when people would show up with dogs, especially big dogs, off leash. Taking your dog anywhere off leash where it isn't allowed, just, what the fuck people?! We had a neighbor that would walk his pitbull off leash and one day it ripped my friend's dog apart. (No hate towards pitties at all, I love the breed, but this one had shitty fucking owners and didn't know better) and I've had to yank my dog from his leash into my arms to get it away from an off leash retriever that was about to use him as a chew toy. Okay, if I keep going I will spend hours ranting. Long story short, people who are irresponsible with animals ARE THE WORST.
In fact, it's just fucked up to randomly pick up someone else's dog. I feel bad for you that you have to deal with that, and it's fucked up they never asked you.

Ugh it gets me do irritated one day this little girl about three years in old and her mom where taking a walk and they passed my house my dog is a tiny poodle(he can bite kinda hard to they point he can make someone like a toddler cry)and he's super cute!but the little girl raved towards him and my poodle peed him self and he literally bit her but he didn't now any better the girl started crying but after that was over she was walking back AND LITERALLY TOOK MY DOG OF HIS LEASH AND HIS COLLAR AND TOOK IT TO HER MOM SAYING"can we keep him please mommy?"the mom wasn't even paying attention and said "yeah sure whatever" so once I came out of my house (I was watching him but I needed to get him food and water)
And they were about barley getting to my neighbors house so I ran up to the little girls mom and said (I'm a confident bish so this might not make sense)"Excuse me ma'am but....THIS IS MY DOG AND WHAT THE HECK ARE U DOING WITH HIM AND WHY IS UR LITTLE GIRL HOLDING HIM WITHOUT MY ...
+Verycherry 22 PERMISSION?!" So the little girl starting crying because I literally pulled him out of her hands and ran back to my house and took him inside I just left them there without doing anything:p

Omg, I hate it when Dog owners don't understand the fact that just because their dog is friendly, it DOES NOT MEAN THAT MY DOG IS!!! People around my house CONSTANTLY have their dogs off leash, and most of them are fine, but some of the freaking dogs run when they see me walking with my dog. Naturally, I start freaking out, (because I can't handle dog fighting, and my little dog WILL challenge any dog who comes up to her, no matter of size) and the freaking people are ALWAYS like "oh it's fine my dog is friendly!!" And it's like "Bitch mine isn't! Please can you control your dog before it kills mine? Thanks."

My dog is a German Shepherd x Staffy, so you can imagine his size/power. He's not friendly & the only way I got people to keep away was muzzling him. He doesn't mind it, but it works a charm. I have a dog & people free radius of like 1km.
Emily C i know exactly how you feel. my dog does not get along with other dogs so I walk her on the lead, but other people who let their dogs off just let them run wild around my dog. when my dog growls at them they just carry on walking and don't even try to pull their dog away, like its not my fault if your not gets bitten because you can't keep it the fuck away from my dog
One time this lady was letting her dog get all up on my dog and I was literally like "my dog is going to bite your dog" and the lady literally goes "oh no! They're the same color, they like each other!"
When it comes to Peach stealing your underwear I have a similar story but with cats. When I was younger my mom kept yelling at me to stop leaving my shoe on the stairs, just one shoe would always end up on the stair case. Now I didn't take off one shoe going up the stairs because that makes no fucking sense as a human being and I kept telling her that. She wouldn't believe me and kept yelling at me to pick up my shoe until one day when she was home sitting on the computer by the staircase she saw how the shoe kept getting there. I had two cats at the time and they were working together each biting a shoe lace and tugging it up stair by stair using the power of teamwork. My mom said she wouldn't have believed it if she hadn't seen it herself. I was just glad I stopped getting yelled at for the damn shoe.
Yeeeah my mental health would have absolutely tanked in a situation like that.
I figured how Kermit goes so fast, he releases all the shit from his body releasing weight and achieves speed nervous
My Great Dane Chiquillio (means "Little Boy" in Spanish lol) was 2 years old & about 165 lbs.. He was a pretty boy - brindle Dane...he looked like a tiger.. I was walking him on a bike path & we came up to this bend in the path & Quillo stops abruptly in front of me & backs his butt against my knees - like, PRESSING into my knees..! I tried to walk past him, but he wouldn't let me - he sidestepped & moved with me & kept pressing his butt into my knees.. He didn't bark, but he started this really low growl & his hackles went up from the top of his head to the tip of his tail...& I decided that whatever he didn't like was worth avoiding....so, we turned around and walked the other way.. All good..! I didn't think anything of it.......until about a week later, when I saw a News report about a series of rapes that had been taking place on that bike path.. Some perv was grabbing women off the path & raping them..! Very probably - my dog saved me.. :)

+Zacky Snacky My Dane wasn't violent like that.. He was protective of me and intimidating because of his size...but he would be more likely to knock someone down and sit on them and threaten to bite...but not actually bite.. Which is good, because...these things have a way of turning around on you.. If a dog Chillio's size did bite someone...there's the risk that he'd be put down, even though he was defending me.. I could be charged because the law says that a person must have control of their dog at all times.. So, it would be very unwise for you to go into an unknown situation with a weapon when you could just walk away - because the law sees that action as you putting yourself in that predicament and if somebody gets hurt or killed, you get to go through the process of court and possible jail time.. It's a noble idea to want to get a creep of the street before he hurts somebody or to intervene if something nasty is already in progress...but in a case like this...where the threat isn't known and only perceived by your dog....walk away..

(idk how much mice and birds but that seems like how much he had caught)
My little chihuahua Bailey had a stuffed Eeyore that she demolished so now she just carries the shell of the Eeyore around. She has a million other toys but ONLY wants to play with her destroyed Eeyore. So adorable!!!
My dog is tiny like Marbles, and so he sneaks into rooms and gets trapped when we close the doors without knowing he's in there. But he doesn't do anything. He doesn't even bark or cry. He just sits there until we realize he's missing and open the door to look for him.

One time my dad had gotten donuts, like a whole box full for everyone and we have a dachshund named Cubby. So, naturally, you think "oh a small little wiener dog cant get on the table" right? Nope. We decided to go out for like dinner or something (I was young when this happened) and when we came home, he was on the table, face full of jam and icing and eating donuts. You really cannot underestimate a small dog's way of getting what they want..
I've been rewatching a lot of these along with Julien's vlogs and I think it's so cute and apparent how much Julien cares about Jenna, especially compared to Max. My favorite one is the Valentines Day Suprise:) You two are adorable, I love you both!

I think it's a small dog thing since they tend to have bad teeth and be more nervous. My Pomeranian does it too, it's incredibly irritating lmao
i have a chihuahua also and he does the same thing, just not for that long lol. but it's adorable and irritating all at once! haha :)

Oh god I hate kids around dogs. They're all so terrible with them. My dog is terrified of small children cuz my little cousins used to terrorize her. Like please keep ur nasty little kids away from my animals
kindaawesome I really love kids, and i really love dogs. I know that some kids are not good with pets, but it's definitly not their fault. If Parents don't teach their kids how to behave around dogs, it can be horrible. But if both know how to behave it can be great!

My favorite podcast!! I have an extremely funny story about my chiweenie I'd love to share, maybe it will brighten someone's day.
I was walking my chiweenie (Mr.Fenie) with my boyfriend and his bull terrier and were just walking around the neighborhood. We get to kind if a ghetto house, fence had tons of gaps and holes and a three legged dog darts out of the fence and runs toward my dog so fast that I don't even have enough time to pick him up and my dog gets so scared that he shits all over the street and my leg/flip flop and cries to me to pick him up. My boyfriend managed to startle the dog and kind of scares him back into the fence. Remember he has shit all over him so I pick him up and carry him home with with tons of shit all over me. That's my baby, my little pooper. Thanks for your stories. I absolutely love your dogs and I really love the relationship you have with them and how great you guys are with them. :)
When Marble or Kermit dies.... I'm having a hard time thinking about how she's gonna cope. (Also my dog ate an entire box of Swiss Rolls and all my dog did was jump around for a while)

Taneia Rolland really late reply but my vet told me that only high percent cacao will be dangerous to dogs, which is essentially pure chocolate. If it's like a Hershey's bar or something then the chances of anything going wrong are very low. Dogs still shouldn't have any sort of chocolate but the chocolate most of us think about isn't a very big deal for dogs to accidentally ingest.

The babies asleep on the table just absolutely melts my heart. I've seen this podcast, I believe back when it aired. But I enjoy coming back and rewatching them while I have some down time. I love your all's company, it's the best. I'm so thankful for our family we have here online. #dink

my baby dog has a piece of what used to be a stuffed animal, she gets so excited when she finds it and runs around wagging her tail and brings it to my face to press it against me and say look! look! It kills me every time and I laugh and just love her so much!

Maybe her death WAS from neglect, or maybe from age. By the way from Jenna explained how she was running around so much and that the kid only fed and watered her every few days, I WOULD guess that she indeed died from neglect :(
I really hate to be a massive dick but.... I used to have a possum.She was hella sweet and the only reason people see them as nasty is because of a self-defense mechanism. They open their mouths really wide and flash their teeth as well as drool. They also sway to give off the "I am fucking cray... don't mess with me". It's a total bluff. Less than ten have tested positive for rabies in the last 150 years. Again, I am REALLY sorry if I sound like a dick, but as an exotic animal care giver... it just kinda.....hurts(?) to have some animals gain bad raps.
Anna Matherne my moms neighbour found a baby possum once and raised her, she was a big baby lmao and she'd wrap her tail around your fingers and hang from it it was the cutest thing ever

I totally agree with Jenna about kids at dog parks because some kids DONT know that dogs may or may not attack them and if they DO attack the dog owner gets in trouble because YOU can't teach your kids to not chase dogs and it's not fair because it is your dog but you can't control your dogs actions and you CAN on some level teach and control around dogs I was definitely taught not to chase and bug dogs if they don't wanna be bugged or else you might get bit! YOU have to teach kids how to act around not only dogs but any animal really for the safety of your kid and the people around you. Sorry I digress ✌🏻️

i was in north NJ in a neighborhood basically in the middle of a forest and i was with my boyfriend and his pitbull (we call him the goose). so the goose wasn't on his leash because he's got that bond you guys were talking about with my boyfriend. but he saw a deer and started chasing it and the deer ran and they both ran out of our sight, and when we finally caught up to the goose, the deer was gone and my boyfriend yelled at him like "what did you think you'd do if you caught the deer?!?! sniff it?!???!" 😂😂😂😂 it made me laugh hearing the story of kermit and the deer because seriously, what do they think is going to happen? they're going to sniff the deer and be over it in 10 seconds 😂

There is a special vacuum cleaner that only cleans carpets. It is made to clean the poop of your dog(s). It also makes anti bacterial liqiuds on it, to kind of sterilise it :)
