      @Dream Delirium I noticed this myself, they claim Liberals are more educated.. but we see them doing the most dumbest things just as often as anybody else. What measurement of education? I guess we should become aware that education is just a word that fuses the concept of intelligence with the concept of indoctrination. Education thus is really just being intelligent at what you were taught. But it does not mean you are more intelligent than others overall just because you went to college. Also the ability to think in an aware state of mind is not equal to being educated for a job.

    It is interesting that figures like McKenna and Timothy Leary, with strong Irish heritage, are so so knowledgeable of psychedelics, particularly mushrooms. Magic mushrooms have always thrived in certain parts of that country, and have a large role in Irish folklore and mythology, as with well-known artists, poets, musicians, and other intellectuals. McKenna's fascination with the Dublin author James Joyce is also a mysterious connection.

      Dae Dalus Let us not forget Ken Kesey as long as your mentioning Irish trippers and fans of Joyce. I had the pleasure of tripping w/ Tim Leary on one occasion, one trip I will never forget.

      Andrew Garrett That's incredible! He's a super interesting guy, though extremely controversial. Guess we better throw in George Carlin as well....not sure how much he knew about psychedelics though.

    He passed when I was only 5 and yet I feel like I know him what an intelligent articulate person I am truly grateful the internet has done lots of good for Terrence mckennas work it's everywhere I'm sure he's looking down on us in 2023 smiling and is happy to see what's going on with psychedelic research today it's a sad fact that we could be 40 years more advanced in the psychedelic research field than we are today if they hadn't suppressed and silenced all of what was going on in the 60s-70s

    this is an amazing channel. there is no doubt many religions had sprung from the psychedelic experience of hallucinogenic plants. when you look at Mayan hieroglyphs, or Tibetan Thangkas, Hindu images of Krishna and even images of the mystical journey of Mohammed in Miraj Nameh. you can tell this is the art of a mind whos in a different dimension in different realms of archetypes and deites which reveals into consciousness upon ingesting psychedelic plants.

    Anyone knows what dmt containing snuff he meant, in connection with the movie Emerald Forest? Around 8:05 ? Sounded like "Epina" or something like that.

    • @justxclusive
      @justxclusive 5 лет назад

      Apparently he says 'epena' and found from the Virola tree. I found an article...
      "...There are a number of methods of preparing the snuff, which is called epena..."
      www.drugtimes.org/hallucinogens-culture/the-virola-tree-as-a-source-of-snuff.html
      Hope this helps! Have a good day!
