- In this episode of Urban Exploring, I will be taking you for a tour through this absolutely amazing 1860's era Gothic Revival farmhouse. This home is located on a massive property, just away from the city, and recently has been purchased by developers and is slated to be demolished due to the lack of heritage designation. The owners seemed to have left this place in a hurry, most of their belongings have been left behind, including a couple vehicles, one of which I hear, is quite rare! Join me for a deep dive into this beautiful find!
I was joined by @NoahNowhere and @urbexontario73 for this explore, check them out and subscribe!

Rewatched after a nice livechat.
A nice explore this one was, the outbuildings and their contents facinated me more than the house itself though it's layout was very interesting, great for children (and adults 🤪) to play hide and seek in.
The demo guys are gonna make out good unless people beat them to it. I understand the red Mazda is already gone.
Thanks for the tour Greg!
👍🤠
Notes:
2:40 Whoopsie😲! That is what you call a thermometer!
(Pause and zoom)
4:48 Radial arm saw.
Pause at 7:05 maybe that's the filled in pool's edge looking like a curb off to the right.
16:29 At 53,000 kms, I bet it still runs, it's a shame it appears to have been rear endended, do all Miatas have rollbars?
18:37 "That'll be thirteen dollars even, pull up to the next window please"
19:39 We'd love to know what's in there, more goodies I'm sure, prolly the best.
25:38 1980's Kitchen, my guess. That knotty pine floor is a beaut! Rare to see in a kitchen.
33:52 "spin the bottle" room vibes here.
39:03 As a child or a very short person I would've liked this room, a lot.
Hey John, glad you enjoyed this one! The outbuildings can really make for a good explore, this one just so happened to have surprises, so that makes it great.. I'm glad you you enjoyed that part of the video.. Yeah the mazda was gone within a week of us being there apparently.. sad but true. thank you for watching and adding your awesome video notes, i'll pin this for everybody to enjoy!!
New subscriber. I think you are really good at what you do! 😊
Hi Linda! Thank you very much and I'm glad you're enjoying all this content!
An absolutely amazing house and property. I love that front door and the colorful window. It was interesting again to see what wonderful things were left behind. Except for the clown he was kind of creepy.
A wonderful and fantastic exploration as always, Greg. 👏👍❤️
Hey Andrea! I'm glad you enjoyed this one, I really enjoyed filming it for you! There was some awesome stuff left behind and that clown was really freaky wasn't he?? You for commenting and I'll see you in the next one
Mazda smashed in back reason for parking it wheels by car not ones that belong no way to use center caps very cool explore. Maybe title in car.
Hey Junie, I don't believe it was smashed I walked around it. Somebody actually stole it about a week later too. Thanks for checking out the video and commenting!
Wow that front door so beautiful
Hey cat! Its amazing right??! I'm glad you saw this one, thank you for watching and commenting
Looks like nice land. House looks good. That sunroom❤ that hottub should be in the sunroom. the pool prob is across that bridge over there somewhere 🤔 Oops spoke to soon it is 🙂 That little workshop❤ look at that old garage/barn lots of stuff left behind 😩 look at the old banana seat bike wow Showing my age 😂 Too bad the upstairs was locked I'd love to of seen what was in it 🙂 ❤ the floors the stained glass that front door ❤ that stair case with the railing and the trim there😍 Those baseboards some lights the windows😍 the doors separating rooms 😍 love that fireplace and stonework in the kitchen😍😍 Those beams those cupboards the tile that island 😍 that sink that view ❤ that desk is nice I can just imagine how many creepy crawlers are down there 😳 Neat upstairs that room wow I'd prefer those cowboy boots ❤ stained glass . Well Greg thanks for taking us on this good explore with you👍 can't wait for the next ✌
Hey Catherine! This place had a big massive piece of land eh? Well I think that hottub has its own 'sunroom' and the room beside it was like a sunroom/grow room... I think.. hey I remember banana seat bikes!! LOL.. I'm glad you watched this one, I know it had tons of things to see between the house and the garage. That stained glass is among my favorite that I've ever come across. Really pretty stuff!! thank you so much for joining me for this adventure!
Neat place. I picture what it was like living there many many moons ago. A super simple time when life wasn't as easy as today but with less of the the world's problems on your shoulders. I bet there are family graves around there somewhere if they have not been moved already. Another great explore. Thanks
Hey GJ!! Thank you very much for checking this one out and commenting on it! I agree back when this place was first built, it would have been a much simpler time. The entire area evolved around it. Thank you so much for checking this one out!
I could do my divorced living here ❤❤❤
Its a great spot I think I agree;

I couldn't help myself.
Hello Greg and Noah, it's GREAT to see you guys, I really like it when you guys do these explorations together, you're a wonderful team! 😃🖐!
I LOVED ❤ that front door and living room, so pretty, oh yeah, and the Stainless Steel Refrigerator Freezer, other than that, I think that the home is ready to go.
That basement was SCARY and the attic has or had a squatter living there, and that's NEVER good!
Back in the day, this house would have been a great family home, too bad, things change! 😟
I wish that you would have closed the Caravans doors Greg, the van looked so sad with all that snow in it.
Having a pool on the property was a surprise.
Please tell Noah Hello for me, gotta go, see you later, your friend, Didi ❤😀🖐
Hey Didi!! Thank you for checking this one out, this was one of the cooler explores that I did with him. This place was very interesting to go through with all the stuff you saw obviously. You know I didn't think about closing the caravan, a lot of things like that I just leave as they are. The basement was definitely creepy. We are very used to squatters so I don't even think about them anymore lol. Thank you so much for checking this one out and leaving the comment, sorry I took a couple days to reply
@UncappedFilms Hello Greg, oh no worries my friend, you can't always think about everything all the time, gee, I know that I sure CAN'T LOL! 😁😄😃😀
I enjoy seeing Noah with you, you two make AN AWESOME TEAM!
Keep on exploring and I'll keep on a watching! 😁🤗🤗🤗
Hello Noah! I enjoy watching you explore with Greg, you guys are FUN TOGETHER!! 😁 🤗🤗🤗🤗
KEEP THE HITS COMING my friends, THANKS!!
Your friend,
Didi, 🖐😃🩴
stained glass oh yes.that is a real murder room basement
Hey Elizabeth!! Stained glass is amazing right?!? I guess I feel okay with you saying that now since I'm not going back there lol. Creepy basement!
What state is this house in?
Hey Gina! Thank you for watching, this is actually located in Ontario Canada. I hope you enjoyed it! Thank you for your comment
Beautiful explore ❤
Hey ms sunshine! I'm glad to hear that you saw this and enjoyed it. Thank you for being there again!
Not Whitby Ontario?
Hi Paula, this is quite far from there actually!
Right off that bridge is cool! It does have some strange, interesting add-ons. The add-on for the hot tub is cool. The shipping container of files was crazy. I was surprised that the van hadn't been fully parted out lol. Greg, your explorers are always so detailed. That Mazda was in great shape. Power on is always crazy! I agree about the wood flooring being 50's/60's. Once had a house where the washer and dryer were behind bifold doors in the bathroom. Boogie feaver paneling lol. The stonework in the basement is awesome. They left their stash wow. I was wondering about squatters. That attic loft room is cool and maybe it is the red-light district lol. Also, what was it with all the random exercise equipment? Awesome explore! Keep Orange Crushing It, Greg!
That bridge is VERY cool. I loved it.. IT was a dodge. the parts were breaking down, no need for those! LOL I wondered why so much exercise stuff was there, I guess the guy just liked to work out!! LOL But yeah man it was a cool place, interesting features and add ons. too bad it wont be saved, and i do appreciate the the compliment! thank you for always being there!
They had a nice set up at one time… the bridge, gazebo, pool, workshop. I would love to have that. I didn’t notice it first the removable hardtop on the Miata…that was rare. The house was big. You already know I love those pine floors lol. I’m surprised they left all their weed behind! it probably won’t be there for long lol. Great Explore as always brother!!
Hey Jamie thanks so much!! I know you love those pine floors! This place really did have it all, it would have been a great place to live.
Wow, Wow, when you had 'everything left behind', You are very serious. So much to see. Also a Huge Thank You for playing safe. the signs of a pool just where is it. With the snow, not able to see. Great video, just sad to see such a beautiful house abandoned..
Hey Norman! Thank you for watching and commenting! Crazy amount left behind right? I think the pool was filled in , but with the winter we had, yeah I'm not risking finding it the wrong way. I appreciate the kind words sir!
Greg, back in the 60s my aunt used to take tree limbs and leaves and varnish them. They made beautiful decorations. She had a beautiful house.
Hey Connie! That's interesting to know. Do you think that's the idea that was going on here?? Thanks for the info!
was happy to be part of the chat greg love watching your videos and you always have something amazing to show enjoying this one very much greg and as always look forward to seeing more of your great explores mate.
Thank you so much Peter and I'm really happy to have you there with us. It's great to have you part of the group! And I'm also happy you enjoyed the video!

How can they they beautiful car? This place is amazing. I enjoyed the video as always I’d save the tub 🛀
The tub is very worthy of saving. And can you believe it was stolen
@@UncappedFilms what? Stolen? Oh wow. No I can’t believe that
I meant how can they leave this car?
awesome house dude!!
Thank you for coming to the premiere man. Appreciate it!
That property is awesome. Lots of space to roam. Great explore as always Uncapped Films. Big Hugs 😊😊😊
Thank you, glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for being there as always
The Stainglass windows in the front door, and upstairs are absolutely stunning. I love the scrollwork on the staircase at the side on the main floor, and the bannister and the railing and of course the Newell post. The kitchen was huge. I liked the wallpaper, loved almost all of the chandeliers and wall sconces. Crazy the Hydro was still on. I loved how the tree had fallen over the little bridge, thought that looked cool, the gazebo looked great, and there was some interesting stuff in the garage. There was one piece of art but you didn’t flip it over so of course I’m very curious what the print was. It’s a huge house. I didn’t like the basement. They kind of creep me out. I really like the old-fashioned floor lamp that was standing in one of the bedrooms in the corner and some of the wallpaper. This was a really awesome find. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you kathi for watching and commenting! I knew you would really love the front door area! the basement was strange, even though it wasn't creepy, it did look and feel strange. that bridge was cool, too bad about the fact the tree ruined it! thank you for watching this, i'm glad you enjoyed it!!
Great abandoned video I enjoyed it
Thank you for being there Arvid!
I always enjoy and look forward to seeing your explores, Greg.
Thanks Tommy I'll see you there
I hope I can make it. I've got a friend in the hospital that's not doing well.
Well I wish all the best for your friend and I hope they have a speedy recovery. That is more important than the channel, but I appreciate you thinking of me
Thank you!!!❤
Thank you ToT! Glad you joined us
34:39 that basement area makes me think of a hidden society. A gym, drinking. Interesting.
That is an interesting idea for it. Maybe it was much nicer at one point. It didn't have a good vibe when I was there
@@UncappedFilms to be honest it didn’t look very nice, I am not a fan of basements. Happy on this side of the grass.
i'm not a fan of a lot of these basements lol@@MrsBartman
Great job!! I'm in love with that top floor, nice lil "getaway"💙
Always a treat to watch live premiers with good people.
Your channel is growing, you'll hit that 5k before you know it! Keep up the great work😉🤘
Hey SMIPA. Thank you so much for the compliments I really appreciate them and I'm glad that you enjoyed that house! Upstairs was great, but that stairway and door are also beautiful right?! Thank you for joining us and being part of this thing every week
@@UncappedFilms Oh, absolutely loved loved loved that big beautiful stairway and those doors💕

Keep up the great work! Thanks again🤘
Lookin forward! 👍🤠
See you there
Abusuley georgus house what a waste i would love to live in it thanks for sharing honey 😘
I agree with you it is a beautiful place and I'm glad that you enjoyed it! thank you so much for watching with us as usual!!
@UncappedFilms get mad when I miss you honey 😘
glad you didnt then!@@glenyshanlon5112
Really like the pond with the bridge in the side yard. Of course, the pool is filled in. Good idea, you know I wouldn't even have a pool! Like the side "sunporch" or horticultural greenhouse. It would be nice if it could be converted into an actual sitting area and remove the smaller greenhouse style room with the jacuzzi, so, so common! The property would be nice to work with, but the closeness of the roads and newer houses is awful!
It's extremely close to a highway too. 20 years ago would have been a very different situation. I think the pool is filled in but I didn't want to risk walking too far cuz it hasn't been cold here. You're right the place could be worked with. Especially with your skills! Thank you for watching and commenting on this.
Sorry i missed another live. I was at the hospital with my friend. ❤❤
Its ok Kieri. I hope your friend is okay and I appreciate that you watch when you can.
What part of Canada is this in? No disrespect, I'm from the Midwest, and I get ridiculed how I talk.
Haha hey Jem! I'm from Ontario, do I have an accent to you???
No, just an observation. I didn't mean to sound like a smart-ass, or an A-Hole.
You don't at all. And I don't get offended easily anyways! Do you sound like how Canadian people do?
The only two words that Canadians say differently are house and about. I am from New York City originally. But, I moved to Pennsylvania for the safer life. The minute I opened my mouth everyone said oh you’re a city slicker. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
@KarenRodriguez-bi7ft hahaha do I have the Canadian accent?? I thought I was Americanized lol. Well I'm glad you live somewhere safer that you appreciate!
20:07 the tv is on
Yes it is! Very strange to see.. Thank you for watching and commenting
that is a sliding circular saw
Its an older one isn't it. Thanks Scott! I appreciate you watching and commenting
