A very beautiful high quality renovation, kind of "mansion" like. The floors are a tad dark for my liking. The older rooms in the basement are original, appears to be mid 60's
    Thanks for the tour Greg.
    Stayin tuned! 👍🤠

Hey John! Yeah it's funny I didn't notice that patch when I did the actual walk around I saw it when I was editing. I guess that's how they came up with the theory lol. We have a confirmed date of 1964 for the original build. I'm glad you enjoyed this one and I'll pin the notes for everybody to enjoy! Thank you for being there throughout this ride!!

WoW! Such a beauty! Completely renovated but kept the vintage feel of the place. When u were walking up to the 2nd floor, I about had a heart attack! Where the dark hardwood steps meets the 2nd flr, it looks like finger nail scratches from someone being dragged like in the movies!...but then you explained it was marble flooring on the 2nd floor. 😂😂😂😂

3:50 you can see the shadow of the original entrance to the house, bricked over to relocate it, and to convert the garage into living space.
8:25 that's the inside where the old entrance used to be, which would have led into the original garage.
14:30 that coffered ceiling ONLY being in the centre of the room tells me that the master was likely two smaller bedrooms at one time. Those two beams would have replaced the support lost when removing the wall between the two rooms.
What a beautiful home to be demolished and replaced with modern crap. So sad.

Hey Donna, it really is a stunning place isn't it.. The land is the right size, lots of natural light. and this place is not so big that it would be hard to keep clean, its still a modest sized home even though it looks like a mansion inside!

    WOW GREG!!
    THIS HOME IS FABULOUS BROTHER..
SAD TO KNOW IT WILL BE AMONG THE HUNDREDS, IF NOT THOUSANDS READY TO BE TORN DOWN..
THAT REMODEL THEY DID WAS MOST LIKELY FROM THE CHINESE FAMILY THAT LIVED THERE..
    PEACE G..✌️😁

I like the homes you have shown. But the music intro is a bit annoying. Sorry. I’m just being honest. Maybe some nice relaxing music for us oldies but goodies. 😃

Hey Linda! Thank you for watching and commenting! I use my own music for copyright reasons, but not only that it kind of matches my personality too. I hope you understand. I'm not exactly a young one! Lol

@@UncappedFilms That’s no problem. I totally get it. I really liked this home a lot. You did a great job showing it. And I appreciate you taking the time to respond to my comment. Not all the explorers take the time to do that. I hope I didn’t offend you about your music. I’ll keep a look out for your videos . Thanks! 🙂

@lindahoward454 no you didn't offend me. People say much worse things outright lol. I always reply. I appreciate anybody who takes time to watch my stuff and reach out. Hopefully the music will grow on you :)
