I don't care much at all for the color of the wood trim, doors and staircase. Nor the fake looking stain glasswork. Over all though the place is a beaut. The sunroom with the kitchen being my favorite, the basement not so much.
    Thanks for the tour Greg!
    👍🤠
    Notes:
8:45 The labor required to store a cast iron tub up there I don't understand. Why it was put there. Unless it's roof fed water storage for gravity fed irrigation.
9:30 A large area, appears to have a perch and the size of the room makes me think a large exotic bird of a sort.
9:40 I see a feeder on the ground and a heat lamp, I'll guess chickens.
15:41 To be included in your next blooper reel.
17:23 The intercom is scared of the light switch.
21:18 Couldn't find no match but the inscription says, "a token of appreciation for many years of a mutually pleasant relationship"
35:37 Walk in jacuzzi tub. One has to get in before filling and must wait to drain before gettin out.
38:28 So extremely unlike the rest of the house.

What a great explore! That home was just gorgeous. Tons of originals. The woodworking, some of those doors and yes, knobs!🤣 I love the way the upstairs was done.
The layout was pretty cool too! I think that room with the hay was possibly set up for a wee farm animal that would need TLC, and not too far from the caretaker?
We had a root cellar on our farm growing up. We actually used it too! Potatoes, beets, carrots, etc all went down there. It was a great place to cool off as well... Creepy as sh*! tho😂
It was nice to see Katie again😊

Hello Greg and Hello Noah Nowhere! 😊 🖐
How are you young guys doing today? I hope that you're both enjoying the warm sunshine! It's a beautiful day 🌞.
I LOVE ❤ all of the hardwood floors, the hardwood doors, the staircase, the bannister and the kitchen cabinets. Very pretty! ❤
I will be honest with you my friends, I really expected more from this home than I got from it, it seemed a little pretentious to me, like they weren't really as rich as they wanted people to think that they were. There's a lot of mixing the old with the new and not really doing the construction correctly and that made me think that maybe they done the construction themselves and maybe just ran out of money while doing so.
Greg said that the property sold for $16 Million Dollars, that seems like a bargain! A giant home like that with all that amazing property really SHOULD have sold for way more money, like hundreds of millions of dollars, oh well, just my opinion, what I do know? 🤔
Have a FANTASTIC Day Greg and Noah, now go have lunch on me, bye! 🍔 🍟 🍺 🍔 🍟 🍺
    Thank you for such a grand tour of a grand home! 😀 👋 🏠 🤗 🤗 🤗

Hey Didi! I'm doing well, I think noah is too.. It's a really hot day here, I hope you're enjoying it where you are!
I agree, this place had great flooring, and the cabinetry and all this is nice for its time! I do agree with your statement, the home is a bit big and empty, I wouldn't say they were overly rich, probably just rich enough to afford a home of this size at its time.. It has a lot of that 'generic' nice looking stuff that was popular at the time too..
If developers did not buy it, I'm sure it would have sold for more! This place is now gone if you can believe that!
Lunch on you?! Deal! Thank you! LOL have a great day!
Join us for the premiere tonight!

But, I sure don't like to hear that nice Homes have been demolished. That's quite a pity! I don't know why people (developers) want to waste perfectly great homes, and MONEY!
Yeah, oh boy, it sure has been hot here, too! I am in the States, and it has been hotter than 🔥 🥵 hot! I guess some Elderly people have even died from this horrible heat. Eeek, too bad!

Hi this house is stunning ❤ hopefully they save slot of the things at least donate them if you can I like the gate. The brick work o the ground plus on the house 😍 it looks like it has views that go on forever. That woulda made one hellava sunroom. That space looks like storing animals what a living condition for them if that's what it was for especially with a house like that seen that cage outside that building 😮😮 Looks like hoarding animals to me😡 nice doors. Look at those stairs ❤ floors are nice. The fireplace I like. Nice lighting. Look at that sunroom 😍 What a shame loss of nature for others to gain on 😥 People just using they're wealth to thrOw around like its nothing. Those stairs are just so Grand 😯 that light fixture😮 Like that chest upstairs. Liking those lights Bathroom is nice. Those stairs going to the basement wow. Walk-in bathtub. Use to know a lady whose family's company made them. That black tile bathroom was cool. This place also had style clashing, and before any Karen says anything I lived the era! With the elevator door being locked, you guys couldn't have a Noah moment! Aliens probably living the, they did what- look hahaha. Never disappointed Greg! Keep Orange Crushing It!
